Danica’s condo at Waterscape had everything we needed and more for a great family vacation! We loved our time there!

Nice place, clean. Nice pools.

We looked forward to this trip for MONTHS! Danica was very communicative and accommodating. She let us know when our condo was ready so we could check in a little bit early since we were already in town. The condo was roomy and very clean and the beds were comfy. I loved having the wagon to take toys down to the beach for my toddler. Our weather was less than perfect so having all the pools and activities made it enjoyable still.
We took advantage of the kayaks as well.
I loved having the splash pad kids area that was gated so he could run free safely and I could relax on being the helicopter mom that I am. Next time I will be sure and take advantage of the grocery shopping that was offered. So that we can unload and just relax.

We stayed in Danica’s A525 unit and it was amazing! The unit was spacious enough for our group of 7, the kitchen was fully stocked, the place is super adorable, the ice maker on the fridge was a great added feature, the chairs /umbrella and use of the paddle board are awesome, but the most important part to me was that it was CLEAN! I’m “that girl” that goes in armed with my Clorox wipes and Lysol and refuses to sit on the couch (ever) or use the restrooms before I have personally cleaned them. No need for that here…I felt very comfortable walking into Danica’s place! Her communication can’t be beat and she sends a ton of helpful information to help with your stay! You won’t regret booking with her! Danica, you rock…see ya next year!

We had a wonderful time here and my family felt very safe which this day and time means a lot; plan on returning to vacation again soon.

This is a fantastic place for a family beach trip. Plenty of amenities and things to do. Super close to dining and bars.

Our first time staying at Waterscape and most definitely will not be our last! Danica was an amazing host and really goes the extra mile for her guests. We stayed in A525 and everything about the unit was great! The kids loved their personalized beach buckets and enjoyed the pool area so much. Danica is your go to if you're staying at Waterscape-- you will not be disappointed with her or the kid friendly and family oriented resort.

We just had a beautiful Vacation at Waterscape in A525 The unit was beautiful, spacious, furnished and clean! We had a group of 8 peoples.The unit was fully stocked with updated appliances, beach toys, pack n play, high chair, towels. We packed way more than we needed thanks to Danica fully furnishing a beautiful condo! Danica was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. She even had a (Custom sand buckets) we enjoyed the big pool, lazy river, kiddie play area and sandy white beach! We look forward to staying here again in the future and renting from Danica!

This is our second year staying with Danica, in one of her rentals. Very clean, everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Very responsive when messaging her. We have 5 kids and three adults. The kids have everything they need! Games are there incase of a rainy day!! Thankfully there was a couch a bed and all our kids wanted to do was eat popcorn 🍿 watch a movie and have some cousin time on the couch bed!

Danica was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and we didn't have to worry about anything. Kids toys and many more accommodations were in the room. It was clean and ready on time.

Danica was truly on top of it every step of the way. We booked last minute and she was flexible with payment since we were paying the balance with e-check all at once. We stayed in A525 and it was tons of room, we only had our family of 4 but we could have easily fit 2-4 more people in the unit with us. No front row view or anything but that did not bother me one bit. This place is truly made for families from the pools to the quick private beach access. There was everything we needed to cook in the unit, plenty of tvs, tons of beach and water toys. Having a great quality in unit washer and dryer that was clean was a game changer too, we came home with significantly less dirty clothes than normal. Danica texted and emailed leading up to and throughout our stay checking in making sure we had everything, got in ok and when it was time to check out made sure we had a great experience. I do not think I will ever take my kids to another beach within the US. Clear water, powdery sand and the spacious condos right on the beach, you will not find that anywhere else in the US with the same price and quality. We will absolutely be back!

Danica literally thinks of EVERYTHING!! We came with our four kids including a baby and it was the easiest trip. She provided everything for a baby in the condo as well as a beach wagon and cart full of toys!

We enjoyed our visit at Waterscape and can't wait to return! The condo we rented from Danica was beautifully decorated. It was also immaculately cleaned. Pictures of the condo are spot on. The daily umbrella and chair rental included was an added bonus. Perfect communication as we knew what was expected of us prior to our departure. We're telling all our friends about this gem!

The condo was perfect. Loved that the two bedrooms had king beds. We had three kids, parents, and grandparents. Plenty of room. Danica was a super host. The condo had all the beach accessories that you needed. Everything was labeled and the kitchen had everything you needed. Loved the resort but loved our host the most! Used the grocery service! Perfect!

We had been looking forward to our beach vacation for nearly a year and it did not disappoint! We traveled with ages 3 to 65 and all had a fantastic time. The resort offered something for everyone. The condo we stayed in was perfect for our family; if the beach and different pool options weren't so enticing we never would have got our kids out of the bunk room (they each had their own tv in their bunk and thought it was the best thing ever!). Everything was thought of for us as guests; music playing when we arrived, sand and water toys for the kids (so nice not to have to pack our own!), cooler and carts to use--it was just so perfect. We will be back!

Vacationed with 7 other families for Spring Break. Location is great. Close walk to the beach. Nice condo stocked with everything you would need. Restaurants within walking distance. Renting with Danica took any worries away. Kept us informed and was attentive to items noted. Can't wait to come back!!!!

Danica's condo was perfect! The place had everything we could possibly need. We were a party of 2 couples and 2 kids. The kids loved the bunkbed room! We would absolutely rent from Danica again.

We recently stayed in unit A525 with my in-laws and two young kids. The unit and property was wonderful. The condo was perfectly stocked, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The property was well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed all of the amenities and extras the unit/property provided as well as the surrounding area. Danica was super helpful and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend staying through Danica and in A525 to anyone! We cannot wait for our next visit.

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation here! The place was clean, had no stale smells, is fully furnished with everything we needed as well as all modern appliances. Any questions we had were immediately answered. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Danica was a great host and was very accommodating during such short notice. All of the amenities (full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony w/ comfortable chairs, spacious master bedroom/bathroom, etc) in the unit were very suitable. The decor in the unit felt very homey . It was our home away from home! We were there for a marriage conference with our friends and Danica's unit made it extra special. Definitely will be booking another one of her 20+ units!! You should do the same! You will not be unsatisfied that's for sure! & you're not going to want to leave!! Thanks again Danica for a great stay!

Amazing condo!.We stayed in A525, and let me tell you, the care that Danica puts into it, makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. The condo has everything you need to have the perfect day on the beach or by the pool. Carts, chairs, umbrella, and even a small cooler. The condo also has just about anything you need to have a nice dinner, if you choose to stay in and cook. We couldn’t rent the whole week from Danica, and stayed two nights in another unit, and it’s a night and day difference, on the care and quality that is put into A525. Wish we could have stayed all week there. Thank you Danica for making our first experience a great one!

Great family condo! We stayed in A525 and it was wonderful. Lots of space, it had everything you would want/need, it was clean and comfortable! Loved being in a condo with walking access to the beach and close access to parking garage. So grateful for the beach cart and umbrella that we could take to the beach. Good restaurants near the condo and loved mini golfing at Adventure Zone!

Anything you'd ever need in a condo and this place has it! So so so family friendly and fun! We will definitely be back!

We just stayed at condo A525 vacationing with family and had a great experience. One the challenges in life is vacationing as a family with young children, and Danica has setup A525 to ease that particular challenge. Everything you need from the pack and play to the high chair were in the condo for convenience (and in good condition) and really reduced the amount of gear that we had to pack for a successful vacation away from the house. In addition to the regular necessities other smaller details were also attended to in the setup of the condo. The condo came with a full set of toys for the kids to use at the beach, plastic utensils for the children were also included. Another little attention to detail moment was every switch is labeled in the condo so there is no guess work when trying to find the light, fan, or garbage disposal in an unfamiliar place (this appeals to both the engineer and the pilot in me). The entire condo was immaculate and the final highlight was that all communication was conducted in a timely, professional manner, any issues were addressed quickly, and the condo was ready for us on early arrival. There were many other small details that we appreciated (like the custom gifts for our kids!), close proximity of food and grocery stores nearby, but I'll stop here. Needless to say, you will be well served renting from Danica/Waterscape for your time away.

This was the best vacation ever. Danica was the best host. We stayed in A525, it was clean and had a perfect view to both the gulf and the bay. Our party included myself, my sister, my son (18), my nephew (12), and my dau(8). Every person we encountered was so polite and the beach was picture perfect. will be back next year!

This was the easiest vacation I’ve ever booked. Danica was great to work with-replies almost instantly. The condo was clean and well stocked. Forgot a hair dryer- no problem, there was one in each bathroom. Need extra chairs on the beach, got it. High chair? Got it. Pack n play, you betcha. Booster seat , yep. The attention to details has won me over. Loved every second and have started planning the next one.

After our California trip was cancelled in 2020- Summer 2021 we decided to head to the awesome state of Florida for a family vacation. We had never visited the Ft. Walton/Destin area..but we were looking for sun, fun, fishing, swimming and adventure...I googled best pool on the beach in Destin area and up popped Waterscape and Danica's website! It was a shot in the dark- I booked the last room she had available in May. We had terrible layovers and didn't arrive until 2am. We were exhausted and hungry, and when we opened the door she had left us a huge bucket of snacks with our name on it. She literally saved our lives. haha. I loved her organization..and her clear communication. Danica responds quickly and is extremely easy to work with. The condo (A525) was AWESOME! So beachy and light and airy. Beautiful:) Not to mention all her suggestions on places to eat and what to do and where to go...so helpful! She really made us feel welcome. The pool was just what my two teens wanted- and we could pop over to the beach without driving... She has all the things we needed to head out on the sand and surf. Highly recommend!!! This Montana family loved our vacation:)

We stayed in A525 and loved it!!! The view was great and the condo was perfect and had everything we needed! Danica was very attentive to our needs and any issues we had. She also had great suggestions on things to do in the area. We will definitely be renting from Danica again! Waterscape was perfect for our family with the pool and beach access easily accessible. We hope to be back next year🏝☀️

We drove 20 hours with 6 kids under the age of 12 to come to waterscape! Danica was a pleasure to work with and always responded to us within the hour. We were so impressed with everything in the condo and at the resort. Everything was very clean and the beds were so soft. We will be back.

4 adults stayed in unit A525 for a week and it was perfect! Both bedrooms come with a king bed and their own bathroom. There is a bunk room in case 1 or 2 kids come too. Danica is very fast at responding and has everything so organized, highly recommend.

I can only leave 5 stars...but this is a 6. Beyond awesome!! Danica was amazing to deal with!! Waterscape itself I would recommend to any one with or without kids there is so much to do you barely need to leave the place!! We will definitely be back and using Danica!! The condo was so clean and just beautiful my son added the place had good Vibes 😎

This is a wonderful resort with everything you need conveniently located. A525 is a beautiful unit and Danica is the best! Communication is key!

525A. This 2 bedroom condo was absolutely perfect. 2 king suites and adorable bunks bedroom with large balcony.It actually looked brand new when I walked into it. It was spotless and you didn't want for anything. Everything you would need during your stay was furnished ( except food) LOL The whole property was beautiful. Lazy river. Awesome pools and walk right onto beach where chairs and umbrellas were waiting for you. I will definitely be coming back.

Danica was wonderful to work with and made sure we had everything we needed for an awesome stay at Waterscape. She was very organized and helpful and we will definitely book with her again! Waterscape is an amazing resort!

First, you may think the lily pad obstacle course, set up in the zero entrance pool, is for children. However this thing is no joke. As a very active adult, I thought I’d give it a shot and show my kids how it’s done. Well, I was barely able to get through it and man was it a good upper body workout. The lazy river was absolutely our favorite place within the facility. The beaches were lovely. Staff was always very courteous. Danica was a pleasure to work with. The room was very clean and well organized. Our stay was last minute but she made the trip very easy for us.

This was our first trip to Waterscape and Danica made sure all our needs were met! We loved our condo! It was beautiful and roomy and made the inside time perfect. Since we had no idea there were 2 storms brewing in the gulf, we weren’t sure what to expect. Even with closures due to high surf and rough waters, Danica made sure we had chairs to chill on the breezy beach. The large table allowed us to play games when we couldn’t enjoy the outside. Our last day was full of sunshine and we left with pink cheeks and smiles on our faces! We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything Danica!

Danica was such a pleasant person to work with! We booked on a whim and she made the process so easy it left almost no questions for us. Her information is thorough and our unit was perfect. She was so kind and assisted us with unloading our vehicle in the late evening after a few hiccups in our travel plans.

The pictures don't really represent the unit well enough. I was so worried that we'd end up in a matchbox but it was VERY spacious. The master is large and the bathroom was great. A CLEAN pack-and-play and folding highchair were also in the unit. Two less things to lug around or worry about!

The guest room and bathroom were equally nice. The powder room is helpful but we didn't even need to use. The bunk bed area is more roomy too. My older one loved having his space. Kitchen has ample prep area with nice appliances.

Having two little ones, I was worried about cleanliness and even packed my own supplies since one is not walking yet and loves to taste everything in sight. I was so impressed that didn't have to worry about this at all. All areas were cleaned nicely, including the fridge and freezer, washer/ dryer unit and oven.

The unit is tastefully decorated but no dust-collecting nick-knacks anywhere! The resort is located 2 minutes from Publix and there is enough distance from the highway to not hear street traffic. Having beach set up is helpful. The staff is polite and attentive. Beach was clean and regular cleaning crews come by.

Wish we had more time there and weather was more cooperative! Would only rent again from Danica!

A525 was perfect for our beach vacation! It is such a beautiful, clean and spacious unit. (Super kid friendly, but in a sophisticated, fun, beach way!) The amenities at Waterscape are unparalleled and the location is walking distance to delicious restaurants and cool little shops. Danica is the best to rent from and truly goes above and beyond for all of her guests. We will be back to visit and can’t wait to stay in A525 again!
