Great condo and our host Danica was amazing!

We loved our stay last year at Waterscape A500 and knew when we left that we wanted to come back again this year...and we did!! You walk into tranquility with the most beautiful, oceanfront view of the Gulf. It is definitely the epitome of the “Emerald Coast”. The balcony is so relaxing and very spacious to enjoy the sounds of the waves, dolphins playing, and an inviting nap. This 5th floor unit captivates you from the inside with the blue/green colors of the water that you see accentuates the beach decor inside. There is fun for all awaiting at the pool during the day, as well as Wednesday night with a disco party, night swim, and magnificent fireworks on the beach. I highly recommend renting from Danica; her attention to detail is superb and A500 will offer you a vacation you’ll always remember! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Waterscape was a great place & wonderful unit A500! Danica provided a lot of items; therefore we didn’t spend time shopping. She personalized sand buckets for the grandkids, which was a hit. Thank you for being a lovely host!!

Third time to Waterscape using different booking companies. Danica by far was the best and we plan on returning and using her again! Room was great, clean, easy parking and access to room. My grandson loved the bunk area. The other 3 rooms in the unit were comfortable and clean! Can’t wait till next year!

We stayed in Unit A500, which is the end unit, 3 Br/3.5 Ba/Bunk room, etc. Biggest unit there. We LOVED it. Two great balconies. It was really hot outside while there and we were always able to comfortably sit in the shade on the balcony with a breeze. It was great for those in the group that were heat averse. The second master and the 3rd bedroom were a little "tight" but we spent very little time just hanging in the rooms. All 3 had beautiful ocean views. As far as Waterscape itself, it is great! Lots of pool areas, clean gas grills to use, Tiki Hut with food and beverages. Excellent beach service by the guys down there. We used our included 2 chairs and umbrella as well as the kayaks and paddleboards each day. Beautiful wide beach. Great choice of places to eat close by without getting in the Destin traffic much. This was our first time in this unit, but have rented other units from the owner, Danica, several times. Always great units and service. We will be back!! Kids enjoyed hunting the little beach crabs at night.

Danica was awesome! We planned a VERY last minute vacation and was able to get a fantastic rate on her cancellation. We also ended up arriving at about 12 am the morning of our check in and Danica allowed us to forgo our deposit in order to check in early so we didn’t have to get a hotel room or sleep in our car that night. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. The views are amazing! We didn’t have to pack a wagon, beach chairs, toys, etc as Danica provides all of that in the condo. One of my favorite touches is the beautiful beach music playing softly in the condo as we arrived. It really set the tone for a great week in paradise!

Convenience! No need for a car. Restaurants, a liquor store, Surf Style and Alvins Island are very short walk on the front side of the resort. The Boardwalk, with more shops and restaurants is a nice walk down the beach. It's a short drive from the airport, our XXL Uber for 6 people from VPS was $51 and the return was $40. The condo, A500 was very nice, clean and well furnished with awesome views. We were there over July 4th week and could see fireworks for miles from the balconies. You can also keep track of your kids in the lazy river or on the beach from the balcony. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group of 10 to spread out as much as we wanted. The kids loved the bunk room. Having 4 bathrooms was also great. We used the wagon and chairs provided in the unit and some of the sand toys and boogie boards from the chest outside, which was really nice to have. Danica left a sand bucket with the little one's name on it, such a sweet gesture. Thanks for a great vacation!

Our stay at Condo A500 at Waterscape, was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations! Having stayed at numerous condos in the past, we've always encountered some minor issues, whether it's the smell, bedding, cookware, or something else. However, A500 was a breath of fresh air - it was absolutely spectacular in every way!

Our condo was exactly what we wanted. A full view of the ocean 24/7! The condo was decorated beautifully with calm peaceful colors and just the right amount of furnishings. Directions were given well for check in/out. We will definitely stay in one of Danicas places again.

A500 Waterscape - Amazing View, I mean you don’t need to leave the room— you feel as if you’re on the beach! Very clean unit, comfy master bed, wagon, beach chairs and umbrella provided were a plus, parking garage was nice. Danica was easy to get ahold of for all questions leading up to stay and during vacation. We would definitely rent from her again and the unit was awesome!

Nothing was left to chance in our fun-filled week at Waterscape! Our amazing A500 condo! Our boat tour to Crab Island and other spots! And, Danica's restaurant/activity suggestions made the trip complete! Danica is a gem!

We stayed at A500 for fall break this year. This unit is by far our favorite of the many we have had with Danica. The VIEW cannot be beat! Danica makes booking simple, staying a breeze and an easy checkout. She also has so much info about the area. Book the vacation, you won’t regret it!

Our recent family vacation at Waterscape was truly amazing! The A500 condo is absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and very clean with a modern kitchen that has everything you would need. The view of the Emerald Coast from this fifth floor condo is breathtaking and peaceful. We really loved how open the condo is with each of the spacious four bedrooms being very comfortable. Danica is wonderful to rent from, extremely organized, and helpful with detailed information that made our trip even more relaxing. Our family enjoyed eating outside on the balcony, catching glimpses of the dolphins, and marveling over the gorgeous sunsets. The boogie boards were a big hit with my nephews (our beach boys) and we all loved the Wednesday night pool party with a DJ, glow necklaces & swords, night swim, and awesome fireworks. The kayaking and paddle boarding in the Gulf (that come with this rental) are a definite perk. Lastly, Waterscape security is excellent; we always felt safe. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From booking with Danica, to the prior information given before arriving, to her answering all my random questions, to the BEAUTIFUL and clean condo and to our experience throughout our stay. The resort was great for our large group of 18. There was also always something for the kids to do. We’re already planning our next trip through her!

Maybe I have trust issues because even though I was aware that Danica stocks her properties well I still packed a thousand unnecessary things! Let me say to the overpacker, you can trust Danica! We brought our one year old grandson, and you know all the things that are necessary with a baby, but we didn’t need one thing. Let me list a few things she keeps stocked to help someone else: box fans in every room, extra toilet tissue, hand soap in every bathroom, dish washing soap and scrub pad, pack and play, high chair, beach toys, wagon, crab crackers, and a well stocked kitchen. We could have saved a lot of time and space in the car if I could have just trusted that Danica has it covered. We will try to stay with her from here on because of how easy she makes it to travel. She even had decorations and a cake for my newly engaged daughter. She is so easy to work with and the property is perfect for all ages. It’s a great location and Stewby’s is the best restaurant in the state of Florida. 😁 I’m all about the ease of the trip and that is exactly what Danica does. She takes away all the difficulties of travel! My whole family loves your work ethic Danica! See you soon!

We have vacationed in the Destin area for 27 years and we have found our vacation home in Waterscape!! It is beyond perfect for families, and anyone that wants the convenience of visiting the beach, pool area, or condo. We rented Danica’s Front Row unit A500 and it was absolutely perfect! Everything you need for a stress free vacation. We loved the customized door lock, so everyone can come & go as they please. The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need. Very high end appliances and the full size washer & dryer is very nice for all the beach towels to wash each day. Can’t say enough about Danica’s hospitality!! Easy 5 star review!!

We had the pleasure of staying in Unit A500 last week! This was our 5th time at Waterscape but our first time reserving through Danica! We will never rent from someone else after our awesome experience. Danica was attentive and available and she even left a nice treat for our boys! The unit was spotless and well decorated and stocked! The views from A500 were so beautiful and Waterscape always has fun things to keep the kids (and adults) occupied! Three mamas and six kiddos in one amazing condo makes for an amazing week at the beach. The condo was spotless when we arrived. Tropical Music was playing from the air pod. Which made for some happy kiddos. They loved it! Danica was absolutely amazing! She contacted me the day before and before leaving making sure we were satisfied. She was one text away if we needed her. She was extremely organized. Paperwork was a breeze. The resort was fantastic and clean. We loved not taking chairs or umbrellas down to the beach. The staff was so kind and helpful. It was overall an amazing trip!

I have lost count of how many times we have stayed in one of Danica's condos, but this trip was just as amazing as all the others! We shared one of her oceanfront units (A500) with another family and everyone had the best time! Even though the weather was not very warm we still enjoyed the beach and pools (mostly the heated one). We didn't want to leave because of the detail and care Danica puts into making sure you have what you need and feel comfortable.

We stayed in the Unit with the best view in the house. From the living room we had at least a 180 degree view of the Gulf and from the east and west balconies we had a 220 degree view of the Gulf and surrounding beach. There are lots of beach toys to put in the red Flyer wagon and Danica also provides beach chairs, water boards and a large cooler.

You won’t find a better owner/manager than Danica. She promptly responds to any of your needs. We had the best time of our lives.

I knew when I booked the condo months ago that we were in for a treat. Danica's communication with us was outstanding. We stayed in A500 for a girls' getaway. The unit was spectacular. The panoramic views, second to none. Two full balconies with comfy loungers. Clean, well decorated with soothing beachy colors and decor, and music playing as we entered the condo. The beach access was easy, and nothing beats the white sands of Okaloosa Island! The weather was unseasonably cool, but that didn't hamper anything. We used a driver that Danica recommended, and he offered outstanding recommendations for dining experiences. Danica checked in with us throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. She really goes above and beyond during every phase of the process. We'd definitely love to return again and can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Danica was great to work with and the unit we stayed in was even better than we had hoped! It was clean, spacious, the views were stunning, and it was well stocked with items to keep my two young kids entertained, including beach chairs and sand toys. Watching the sunrise each morning from one side of the condo and the sunset from the other was simply amazing. I was impressed with the little touches like music playing when we arrived and custom stationary for us on the table. The location in the complex was amazing and it was so easy to get around. We had family staying at other units they had booked at the complex through another company and they had commented how nice and up to date our condo was. Everyone in the area was friendly. Danica was easy to communicate with, helpful, and responsive. My only complaint was that the kid's pools were closed for cleaning, but it was the off-season (it likely would have been too cold to use anyway) and this was by no means Danica's fault. I would highly recommend renting through Waterscape Rentals by Owner!

Danica's properties are always clean! They have everything you need for a pleasant vacation! She is quick to respond to your questions and gives helpful suggestions for activities, food ideas, etc.

10 stars, being well above expectation! Unit A500 is stunning to say the least. Even on the not so good weather days, we loved the views this unit offers. But the real star is Danica herself and more to the point her customer service. I'm in sales and know what customer service should be and she is far above the rest. We will stay with Danica again.

Waterscape is an amazing complex that has beautiful grounds and the best selection of pools to be found anywhere, it is close to popular destinations and is very friendly for those who can not handle climbing stairs. What really makes Waterscape Rentals by Owner special is Danica and the personal attention she gives to those renting and her attention to detail. This was my second time renting through Danica and I was fortunate to have the opportunity to meet her this trip, she is just a joy and you instantly feel like she is family. When you walk into your condo you will be greeted by the perfect beach playlist, find some sort of adorable welcome gift and have all the things on hand you could possibly need during your stay! It is vacationing made easy!

My husband, daughter, mom and stepdad stayed this last week in A500. The condo was perfect for our group. The location is wonderful - close to the beach, close to the store, close to the resort pools, close to the highway, close to Destin, etc and the parking garage was convenient and safe. The condo was stocked - kitchen supplies and essentials for my toddler. My family will be back! The documents Danica sends over beforehand fully prepare you if you read through them beforehand.

Danica goes above and beyond to provide anything you would need during your stay and that is a huge deal for making things easy especially with children! Would definitely rent from her again.

I was so nervous as this was my first family vacation - husband, two small children, my parents, and in-law. I’m not the “event-planning” type so I couldn’t fathom what details I might have missed. Danica was AMAZING! She held my hand from the first inquiry to the final checkout, a process that was a year from start to finish. She was more organized, responsive, and informative than I ever could’ve imagined. Upon arriving, every detail was exactly as she had described. It allowed me to truly - finally! - relax and enjoy the vacation I had waited so long to have. Not to mention, the condo was perfection. The views were unbelievable and the space felt way more roomy that I thought it could with 7 people. We could walk to almost anything we wanted and it was already thoughtfully stocked with toiletries, beach gear, and such to get us started.

We just got home from the best vacation we’ve had in years. Danica thought of every need and made our stay worry free. A500 has a breathtaking view of the beach with floor to ceiling windows. Pictures don’t do it justice. The condo is hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed. Our unit had TVs in every room, private bathrooms for each bedroom, sleep number beds, floats, extra umbrella, sand toys, even a wagon! The first thing we said when we walked in was “Wow”. Waterscape is very well maintained and was a perfect place for all ages. From the beach chairs set up for you, lazy river, hot tub, kayaks, movie at the pool and Danica providing every amenity you could possibly need in the condo made a fun and stress free week! We never got tired of anything, there was way too much to do. Danica is wonderful to work with and we will be going back as soon as possible. Thank you Danica!

We stayed in A500 in September 2022 which offers two balconies and an incredible view of sunrise and sunset! Danica was an excellent host and we will definitely rent through her business again. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and had beachy music playing while we walked in. Beach cart, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys--so many extras were provided which made a big difference because we traveled by air with 7 adults and 2 toddlers and couldn't bring those items. Overall, can't wait to come back! :)

Waterscape was the perfect spot for our family including an 85 year old and a 1 year old (almost 2). We purposely went after public school was back in session hoping the crowds would be less. Correct! We also needed, if at all possible, a rental from Tuesday to Tuesday so that one member could come the whole week due to his work schedule. Danica could accommodate this schedule for us! The condo was clean and there were beach toys, boogie boards, a wagon, beach chairs plus more beach items provided. The 4 and 1 year old loved the bunks and slept plus played in them safely. The lazy river was by far the favorite activity after the beach. Thank you for providing us a place to vacation that was beautiful. The balconies view of the ocean were unbeatable! Gorgeous!

Our condo was amazing. It's Overlooking the beach A500. We had a fabulous time, the furnishings were great and we had everything we needed for cooking in and grilling out. It's convenient to Resturants and shopping. Danica has always been great to work. She takes such pride in her condos, they are clean and neat. We have everything we needed to make our stay perfect.

This is our second stay at Waterscape via Danica. I highly recommend Waterscape. The condos are fantastic! There are so many "personal" touch amenities - from the cart to take things to the beach to the iPod playing "beach tunes" when you walk in the door. You can "turn your children loose" at the pool area. There are multiple pools, hot tubs, a lazy river - and you don't have to leave the condo area.

If you want more than a simple "beach trip," Danica is a wealth of information "all things Fort Walton and Destin." She suggested a little hidden gem for kayaking about an hour from the beach. She also recommended the best eating place on the beach within walking distance of the condo - imagine eating large and not having to move your car! She also suggested a great dance place for our last evening.

We just returned from a family vacation in A404 and A500 - two of the most gorgeous beach condos! Everything was perfect and Danica’s attention to detail is absolutely the best! We definitely want to vacation with Danica again!

We have been booking with Danica for years because we know the condo will be clean, uncluttered, organized, and well stocked with a wagon, cooler, cart, chairs, umbrella, kid items, etc. which saves us so much space when traveling! And, she's just a call away if you need anything, which ISN'T true when we've stayed at other places. This was our first time in this particular unit but it won't be the last because the floor to ceiling view is AMAZING! Another great beach trip is in the books!

If I could give more than 5 ⭐️‘s I absolutely would! Danica is an amazing host…she met us earlier than our room was ready so we could start enjoying Waterscape! When our room was ready, the mood was set with beachy music playing, a very generous gift bag left for us, a beautifully decorated and very clean condo and the curtains open to witness the indescribable view! Our cabinets were even stocked with the groceries we had ordered! Danica and Unit A500 were perfect!

Waterscape is amazing and Danica is wonderful to work with. We found these condos in 2020 when 1st Covid and then Hurricane Sally ruined previous plans. We had so much fun on our short visit last year that we came back this year for a little bit longer stay. We were not disappointed. My 4 year old loved eating on the balcony and the "lazy lizard" (lazy river). I've stayed in 2 different units when I've come and both were impeccable! We will be back!

I’m happy to leave an excellent review for A500. I think it must have the very best view in the entire complex. Danica has gone over and above to provide a clean, beautifully decorated, and amazingly well stocked home away from home. She communicates with you every step of the way. We had front row seats from our balcony for the fireworks Wednesday night. Lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Book early, you won’t regret it.

We rented A500 & A404 for 6 days! They were both great! A500 has the best view to wake up too! The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! My kids loved the bunk beds! It's nice having a pool, lazy river and beach right there!! We will definitely be back!!! Also Danica is helpful with any questions!

I'm not sure I would ever stay anywhere else beside Waterscape with Danica. She has been amazing through the whole process, even booking and planning. She is easy to get a hold of via text and she responds quickly. She left us a personalized gift as we arrived to our condo as well as a few starter dishwasher tabs and tide pods. A-500 was definitely worth the money. It had a wonderful view and was very spacious. The unit was clean and had so many extras. Well stocked kitchen with everything you needed to prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The master bedroom closet had tons of beach goodies including chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, high chairs, pack and play, coolers, puddle jumpers. The balcony off the master bedroom had an outside chest with many more sand toys and floaties. The bathrooms have plenty of bath towels and wash clothes. I don't have a single bad thing to say about my stay in A-500 at Waterscape with Danica!

Our booking agent Danica was so helpful. She stayed in contact with us to be sure we didn't need anything. The condo has an amazing view and Ft Walton has a firework show on Wednesdays that we watched the fireworks right from our balcony like a private show. The grandchildren loved all the different pools. Great vacation spot.

Every piece of this trip was great! Danica truly is great at what she does. From the beginning when I was just looking for availability…to the very last day….she was amazing. The communication was fantastic…she even provides a packing list…lol. Whenever we needed anything she was just a text away. We stayed in unit A500. Let me start out by saying WHAT A VIEW!!❣️ We fell in love with this unit when we saw it online…… it did NOT disappoint!!

Danica made everything a breeze… from our first contact, I knew we were with a VERY experienced host!

Our family consisted of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had plenty of space, we played games at night, and cooked breakfast and dinner two of our nights.

The location of this resort is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, a small putt putt course. If you are looking for a wonderful family experience… THIS IS THE PLACE❣️❣️

Our unit was A500 and it was absolutely amazing! It had priceless ocean views and sounds, a beautiful beach fresh vibe, super clean and comfortable environment that is equipped with anything and everything you could need away from home! We've stayed at Waterscape previously and working with Danica now our 2nd time has been stress-free again! She has a passion for what she does and it shows not just aesthetically in the condo, but in the details of her communication and organization which makes for the renters, an incredibly awesome vacation!

I rented condo A500 at the Waterscape Resort from Danica & it was the best condo I've ever stayed in! This ocean front condo was beautiful, spacious, clean, & Danica even left personal "goodies" for us that my family loved! She was easy to work with through the entire rental process & extremely easy to contact directly when we needed, a simple text or phone call! We will definitely rent from Danica again!

Danica is the absolute best to rent from! We stayed in A500 with my husband, my 5 and 1 year old, my mama, brother, and grandparents and we had more than enough room. We had a great view of the beach and the pool, there was a beach stroller and beach wagon in the condo for us along with beach toys 2 extra beach chairs and a extra umbrella. The resort is absolutely beautiful and there is so much for the kids to do. We will always rent from Danica and waterscape is our new favorite place!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Waterscape! Danica is so wonderful to work with and wants to make your vacation everything you want it to be! The condo is clean, beautifully decorated, and very accessible to resturants. We had no rental car and walked everywhere, which made it even better because we could just relax without worrying about where to go and what to do because you have everything you need there! When Danica found out we were without a car, she personally picked us up and took us to the Destin Harborwalk for the afternoon, and returned us to the condo without asking for a penny. She has an option for a personal shopper for groceries which was a plus, She recommended Emerald Coast Elite Car Services for pick up from the Airport, and drop off. This area is absolutely beautiful and everything we hoped for!

We, (family of 4) stayed at A500 after a year long wait due to Covid. Originally, I booked B600 through Wyndham Resorts (now Vacasa) back in Feb 2020 with a May 2020 arrival. Even booked it with travel insurance. A month later, Covid travel restrictions take place and I called to cancel the reservation. Wyndham wouldn't reimburse even with the travel insurance, only change my reservation for a year out. Through Facebook, I joined a Waterscape Resort group and learned about Danica - owner who manages her own contracts. Based upon her quick responsiveness, we decided to book our stay through her - glad we did!! Very fluid and easy process from booking, check in to check out. Condo was very clean and had everything you need from cookware to pack & play to beach toys - to include a wagon. We didn't use any of these items but it is certainly a convenience for those that would need it. Multiple pools on the property were great and it was also nice having beach chairs setup in the morning. Overall- very pleased and enjoyed our stay. I would recommend booking with Danica for your future visit.

I have rented A500 for a few years under different management and this year Danica got it and made a lot of improvements...big ones such as new furniture to small ones such as a door stopper, non-stick frying pans, and a shower door that actually closes. Those are just examples of Danica's touch. Wnever I called Danica, someone was right over to fix whatever my problem was. Danica works hard to make the renters feel welcome. She is awesome and deserves all 5 stars. I will see you next year.
