Beautiful and relaxing! Perfect seaside property!

Renting through Danica was a pleasurable experience all around. The condo was everything promised, had THE most amazing views and was very comfortable and spacious. We will definitely be using Danica for our next visit to Waterscape!

This condo is super nice! We have stayed at Waterscape at least yearly for the last 6 years and this is by far the best condo we have rented! Danica is fantastic and was available for all our questions and even helped us with grocery delivery that was put away and ready for us when we arrived. Absolute top notch customer service! She hit so many details that just made our arrival special like the relaxing music playing and lamps turned on for us. Everything was very clean and the furnishings were beautiful. Danica is our girl from now own at Waterscape!!

Staying at Waterscape through Danica was amazing! My family and I have been going to all parts of Florida for the past 10 years and have stayed at several places in Fort Walton Beach, but Waterscape is our absolute favorite and Danica makes it so much easier than booking through a booking site. We also appreciate the very sweet gift that she leaves for her customers. So do your self a favor and stay at Waterscape!

We highly recommend renting through rentwaterscape.com. The owner, Danica, was always in contact and answered all of our questions and needs. We stayed in A200 and the floor to ceiling windows made us feel like we were sitting on the beach. Danica really pays attention to detail. The condo had everything we needed. The property pool also was amazing and clean. We will return!

A200 has the most AMAZING views. It is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for family beach trip. Danica is simply fantastic from the booking to the departure. She always makes sure things are perfect when you arrive! This time we let her show us around for a day and our girls had the best time. There are many accommodations along the beach but we will always choose one Danica manages due to the personable aspect she provides. We can't wait until next year!

A200 has a spectacular view!! Weather was great! ! Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. We used the grocery service which worked out well. It was nice to relax and not worry about anything. We will definitely schedule our next trip thru Danica. We are already planning our trip for next year.

We have stayed at waterscape for many years and this room A200 was the best room EVER! The view was Amazing! I love the thoughtfulness of everything included in the room. We drove and had our own beach toys etc but for someone flying this is great and very thoughtful! So much is included lwhen you book with Danica! We love Waterscape because it’s so family friendly and great for every age group! We will be coming back soon! ❤️

Amazing time! The condo and the view of A200 is breathtaking. We loved that there was beach chairs and a wagon to take down to the beach! Very clean and exceeded our expectations!

We planned a last minute getaway knowing that it was March and water would be cold. But it was so very nice. The beach was beautiful and the water was so clear. We did a grocery run the first morning and never left after that. The condo had everything we needed! We stayed in A200 with beautiful views. The resort was great, the kids loved the pools and having a heated pool was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

A200 is a beautiful condo, perfect view of the beach, and has a wonderful owner who takes pride in her unit! On a last minute reservation due to other plans falling through, it was meant to be and it ended up being a way more perfect weekend than we could thave imagined thanks to the amazing condo and resort! We celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary and my birthday. It was a super memorable couple of days and we thank the owner for working so well with our last minute plans!

Absolute BLAST!The Waterscape has EVERYTHING to make a family vacation a blast! Danica has thought of everything from start to finish, making relaxing that much easier! We stayed in A200 - AMAZING VIEW! The condo was clean and had everything and extra amenities for our stay. Our girls loved the splash pad and lazy river. Beach access was simple and never had a problem getting chairs. We would absolutely recommend staying at Waterscape Condos with Danica 👍🏻👍🏻 We will be visiting again! 😎

I rented a beachfront condo here for an entire month, including Christmas week. The cleanliness, service, and amenities Danica provides are extraordinary. I can’t imagine anything else that could be done to improve on the experience. She has thought of everything and is extremely responsive and professional! This location is hard to beat and is suitable for singles, couples, and families. So much to do nearby, and the condo was so quiet sometimes forgot I had neighbors. Loved being able to sit in the same spot and catch the sunrise and sunset from the patio. Have already booked my return!

Danica makes it super easy to offer a million dollar view, clean condo, with everything you need for a beautiful vacation. This was our second time staying at Waterscape. A500 and A200 views are spectacular. We flew the first time from Virginia and did not have a rental car. It was very relaxing and had our groceries delivered. We had everything we needed within walking distance. Great restaurants nearby. This time we drove and ventured out a bit. The ocean was so calm and we got to see the manta ray's jumping (first time) and dolphins. This area is so beautiful and not as crowded as Destin. We had Thanksgiving buffet at Brotula's and it was delicious! Don't hesitate to work with Danica on planning your vacation here. She is a text away, answering any questions you have and in my opinion the best at what she does.

I would give Danica and Waterscape a 100 but the highest option was a 5. Danica was an absolute joy to work with. She truly cares about her guests and their needs. The condo was perfect for our family and well stocked.. The beach and the water were beautiful. The views were amazing; especially, at sunrise and sunset. The heated pool was a favorite for our kids. I highly recommend Danica and Waterscape Rentals by Owner. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back next year.

This place was amazing! We stayed in A200 and the view was breathtaking! The condo had everything we needed. The only thing I would pack next time is some hangers if you like to hang nicer clothes otherwise plenty of drawers! Kitchen was fully stocked, the beach wagon,with toys and extra chairs were perfect! There was MORE than enough towels for showers/bathroom as well! Danica was great to work with and super helpful and friendly and responded instantly! The pool resort is great and clean but the waves and beach was where we were at the whole time! Perfect vacation and we will definitely re-book this condo!

We loved Waterscape! It was our first time here and our first fall beach trip. We stayed in A200 with another family and it was enjoyed by all of us (4 adults and 6 kids). The unit was nice and loved sitting on the balcony which was literally being on the beach! Danica was great and very responsive to any questions. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay in A200 even with storms and rain from Hurricane Ida. The condo is beautiful and the views are amazing. Danica is an efficient communicator and makes booking and questions so easy. We will be back for sure.

This unit is picture perfect. The photos online do not lie. So very clean, spacious, everything we needed, and the kids loved the bunk run! The view is absolutely breathtaking. Danica left the calming music playing for when our family entered and a cute little snack basket for us. The basket even had our name vinyl on the front for take home. Our family will, for sure, be returning and staying with Danica again!

We stayed in condo unit A200, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Seriously, while inside the condo you still felt like you are outside on the beach. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch on the patio while listening to the waves. All of the rooms were perfect. It is truly an amazing condo, with an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean, and we had a wonderful family vacation. Danica is awesome to work with, and I was so grateful to have such great communication prior to and during our stay. We definitely want to stay at this condo in the future.

There were a couple of issues we didn't think the owner knew about, and she didn't. She came over immediately to observe and make arrangements for repair.

We have stayed in two of Danica's units and they were both beautiful. This is our go to place every visit. Danica is easily reached and very responsive with any questions or concerns you have. If you are looking for a great place for couples, groups or families this is it! The beaches are clean and you don't have to fight for spots on the beach.

Our family has been visiting Waterscape annually for 11 years. We always stay in one of the front "00" units because of the unobstructed ocean/beach views. We've tried several units in both A and B buildings over the years. This year we booked A200 through Danica with Waterscape Rentals by Owner. We were very impressed with the unit. There have been some fantastic updates to it since last year. The paint colors, wall decor, and furniture all give the perfect beachy, relaxing vibe. There are so many other things we really enjoyed with this unit that we do not normally see in other units.
* The smart TVs and string lights in the front bunk room were a fantastic touch. Honestly, we rarely ever used this part of the units because they've been dark and felt claustrophobic. The kids never liked them. They loved them this year! The sliding barn is genius, too. It makes it feel like a real room instead of just a place to store things to keep them out of the way.
* The coffee/keurig was great. We almost never get a unit that has a keurig. We end up buying things we won't ever use at home just to have coffee while we are on vacation. It was also nice knowing ahead of time that a keurig would be there. The big coffee mugs were appreciated as well. Most units have those little white generic mugs that barely fit 7 oz of coffee, with handles too tiny for you to hold them easily.
* The ipod and docking speaker were a great touch. I love music. I usually end up bringing my own speaker which is just one more thing to pack in the car along with the million other things it seems that we have to bring every time we go on vacation. It was wonderful to not have to do that this time.
* The bed quilts were super soft.
* The furniture was clean and comfortable.
* I loved the labels for the light switches and inside the cabinets. (Not having to guess which switch controlled what light made me happier than I imagined possible.)
* The kids loved the grey bunk bed in the guest room as well. I was happy to see that it was very sturdy (and had a full size bed on bottom and twin on top).
* The wicker chaise loungers on the balcony were amazing! (I'm already looking for a set for myself now.)
* Danica was wonderful to work with during the entire process. She gave us helpful information prior to our stay. She was very responsive to whatever we needed. She really gives everything a personal touch. We were very impressed. We will definitely be looking to book with her for future vacations.

This is our first time at Waterscape, had search for the nicest pool for kids and came across to this resort!! A200 was the best rental I've ever booked, the view and the layout of the condo was everything!! Very spacious and kid friendly. Loveee Danica, she had replied to all emails and also answered every phone calls! She's very thoughtful and very generous! She has thought of every little detail and it shows! Thank you again for such an amazing stay. Already booking for next year for memorial wekend!!

Our family came to Waterscape for our wedding. Our stay could not have been more perfect. A200 had the most amazing views! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more.

Waterscape Condo A200 was beautiful and oh what a waterfront view!!! Feels like you are almost in the water!!! The bath for each bedroom plus a half bath for the bunk room offered perfect sleeping and bath accommodations. Two separate decks offered sun or shade options and again, that perfect beach view. Entry to the beach is easy and the heated pools were a bonus. The owner professionally handled all rental details and was available as needed. Thanks Danica!! Overall, we look forward to future visits and will definitely request A200 again!!

We loved our condo (A200)! You will NOT find a better beach view. Having balcony access from the main living area plus all bedrooms was a plus. Best view of the beach! Located near many restaurants, the convention center, beach shops and Publix. Everything was super clean and we hope to be back soon. Owner was very responsive and professional. Pools were fabulous and beach access was perfect. Loved every minute!

We had cool temps that spoiled our beach plans; however, the view from this unit made you feel like you were on the beach!!! Best view ever!! We watched the dolphins play every day! Spacious unit with all the Danica perks that make renting from her a no brainer!!!

We stayed in A200 this week and it was absolutely perfect! Danica made sure the condo was stocked with anything and everything you could ever imagine you would need. This gorgeous condo was perfectly decorated and the view of the beaches was gorgeous. The moment we opened the door we knew we would hate to ever leave. We entered to music playing that immediately relaxed the soul and put you in vacation mode. The living room with floor to ceiling windows gave the most remarkable view of the beach and breathtaking sunsets. Each bedroom had access to a balcony. This condo was huge. 3 bedroom plus bunk room and each was decorated adorably and the furniture was beautiful and comfortable. Brand new flooring and furniture thru out. We seriously felt like we had hit the jackpot with this find. We had two adults and six kiddos ranging from 1-16. We had everything there ready for us. From port a crib, high chair, beach carts, toys. I mean everything. This condo is the real deal. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a truly magnificent vacation Danica. This condo is by far the best we have ever stayed in. Can't wait to visit again!!

My wife and I spent January and February in this beautiful condo. It was not our first time, but our first time with Danica as our property manager. She was wonderful and stayed in contact with us during our whole visit.

We had a wonderful trip and rang in the New Year with family in this well appointed condo. This was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in!!!! The beds where all comfy even the pull-out. So much space for everyone to spread-out, my nephews loved the bunk room. Swimming in Dec and Jan because of the heated pool made the kids trip. We will defiantly be back to rent from Danica she is the best host I have ever experienced.

We had a great experience, beginning to end, in dealing with Danica. Throughout the process of deciding whether or not we were going to go or not, she was quick to answer any and all questions. After the reservation was made Danica gave us her phone # and continued to stay in contact up until we arrived. We rented A200 for our 20th wedding anniversary getaway and it was perfect. There’s nothing better than sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the pier. Only thing better might be sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. After that we’d usually sit in the living room with the door open and listen to the waves all night. What a great way to spend 5 nights away from the kids.
