A104-Ground Floor-Beach/Pool View, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This was the 5th time we've stayed at Waterscape, but the first time at A104 with Danica. There's always so much to do with the beach, multiple pools, and activities at the condo, not to mention all of the local attractions; it's extremely family-friendly. Working with Danica was definitely the best experience we've had with ownership since we've been visiting. She was precise and timely with instructions and correspondence via text and email, and she was even able to have our room ready early for us (it does depend on the checkout time of the previous tenant though). If you have kids and are looking for a beach vacation in a touristy part of Florida, I can't recommend Waterscape and Danica enough!

The room was just as we saw in the pictures. Nice the patio was by the lazy river and close to the path to the beach. Plenty of fun activities and all the main places, Rocking Tacos, Alvin's, etc are close by. The fireworks were awsome off the pier. Would definitely recommend to others who are looking for a beautiful ocean view and a wonderful place to stay.

We always book with Danica because we know the condo will be clean, organized, and well-stocked with everything we need for a perfect beach vacation. We appreciate the included chair/umbrella rental, paddle boards, and in-room wagon, beach cart, and cooler. We will be back again for sure!

We had an amazing 5 day stay at Danicas Waterscape unit A104! Her attention to detail is amazing and the unit is decorated perfectly in "beach" style. Ready to go back soon!

First time we have been to Waterscape. It won't be our last. Everything was great including the weather. Danica was great communicating with us. Accommodations were great. We were on ground level. No steps or elevator.

Our stay was fantastic and Danica is such an accommodating owner. We stayed in A104 which was the perfect location. We were able to walk out onto the beach and quickly get to the pool. Definitely a great place for families with kids!

I have had the pleasure of booking through Danica for 2 years now and 2 separate units. The units are fully stocked, nicely decorated and working with her is a pleasurable experience from start to finish. I will never book with anyone else, Danica makes it too easy!

Clean, well-decorated, comfortable, and with anything you need for a great stay at the beach. Just steps away from pool or beach! The only thing you need to bring is what you plan to consume. Just totally awesome! Our group of 8 had a wonderful time! Can't say enough good things! Beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon & cart provided, as well as a beach cart. Unbelievable conveniences!

I know I'm supposed to rate between 1 & 5 but Danica's condos and amazing service deserve more. Even with being a busy lady she still manages to respond and assist like I'm her only guest. Her condos always feel like our home away from home. Due to her referrals for food and entertainment, we always have the best experiences with food and fun as well. We make at least 1 trip every year and will always stay with her. You will not be disappointed when you rent from her!!

This was our 3rd time renting through Waterscape Rentals by Owner. Each time is better than the last! Danica is a joy to work with and her units are well stocked and cared for. She’s thought of everything. Waterscape is a great resort for our family. We love the heated pool up top, lazy river, lily pads and of course, the beach. Beautiful white, soft sand.

We enjoyed our stay in A104 so much. I was amazed at all the amenities that were included from beach chairs, wagon, highchair, pack-n-play, beach cooler, sand toys - so many of our needs were covered. I loved that I had no steps to climb (except for the heated pool area). It was so nice to be on the beach after a two minute walk. If we needed anything, Danica was just a text away. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed in A104 for the month of January. This condo has EVERYTHING! The kitchen was well organized and had both a drip coffeemaker and a Keurig. A104 is so convenient to the pool area and beach since it's on the ground floor. Danica, our hostess, immediately responded to any additional needs we had (which weren't many!). She was a great communicator, too, prior to our arrival. You will feel taken care of in every way! I promise!

Look no further!! Book a condo with Danica! We have stayed at Waterscape multiple times and each time it is a dream come true. From the booking process to her beautiful condos, staying with her is a must! She treats you like family and helps makes sure your vacation truly feels like a vacation. We were looking for a nice place to relax and not have to walk far too see a beautiful beach. There were 6 of us all ladies and our condo did not disappoint. We were just a few steps away from the lazy river, two beautiful swimming pools and a nice hot tub so we definitely were able to relax. Thanks to Ms. Danica who owns the condo we stayed in for having everything we needed and more. We rented A104 and will certainly consider it again for our next ladies get away.

Everything you want to experience on vacation at one location! Owners work hard for you to enjoy a great vacation. The beach is great with chair/umbrella service and paddle board/kayak availability. The pool has many water features for kids and adults. An on-site place to purchase food and drink is a good option and there are multiple grills available around the pools if you want to cook yourself. A good workout facility. Great restaurants are within walking distance of the resort. Waterscape is definitely a excellent place to stay! Our family loved it!

This is the perfect condo for a family with kids! My girls loved sleeping in the bunk beds together. It was great being on the ground floor and being able to just walk out and go to the pool with the kids. There are also lots of beach toys included in this unit. My daughter's favorite thing was being able to go kayaking every day!

We had an absolute wonderful time in A104. It was the perfect location with 2 small children! We LOVED that we were able to walk right off the patio to the pool and beach. The room was clean and had everything you would need! The pools and splash pads were perfect for our children and we look forward to visiting every summer!

We have vacationed at Waterscape for the past ten years and absolutely love it. I have never been dissatisfied with any condo we chose, but finding A104 and renting with Danica was a game changer. Our condo had the perfect location for trips to the pool and beach and was very well appointed with any supply that we needed. I will never forget how welcomed Danica made us feel when we arrived to Waterscape this year. You won't find her hospitality and attention to detail with the other rental companies.

I highly recommend staying in one of Danica’s condos! Everything was top-notch! Stylishly decorated condo, sleep number beds, beach toys, beach wagon, stocked kitchen (cookware), and so much more. We loved the personalized beach bag and music playing when we arrived! Waterscape is the place to be if you have kids. They will never get bored because there are multiple pools, small kid area, lazy river, rope lily pad climb, two hot tubs, tiki food/drink bar, and multiple outdoor showers. The premium beach service is awesome- just pick out your chairs and umbrella that are already set up. Comes with a table for drinks and also daily kayak or paddle board. The white sand is perfect and very clear water! You really can’t ask for more in a beach vacation. We will be back!

We enjoyed staying in condo A104. The condo was clean, ground floor, close to the pool, and private beach. Our boys loved the bunk beds. The condo is spacious and stocked with all you need for the pool or beach as far as floats, chairs, etc. Sometimes the TV remotes gave us trouble, but other than that it was nice having 3 bathrooms, new washer/dryer and updated decor. Loved it.
Owner Response: Thanks for mentioning the remotes. I wish you would have told me this when you were there. I could have replaced them immediately--as you know, I was onsite. For future renters: the only problem I can't fix is one that you don't tell me about. I have spares of everything. I'm ready for you!! :-)

This place was amazing! We felt very welcomed when we arrived and felt like it was our home away from home during our stay. Everything was nice and very clean upon arrival. Danica gave very helpful information about things to do and see. She was also very informative about everything.

We loved this condo! Bottom floor, easy access to the pool and lazy river! Everything we needed! The master bed is very firm, so I slept in the other bedroom.... just because I'm used to a softer bed. Otherwise, we loved this unit and will definitely rent again! The owner was amazing to work with!!! Definitely recommend!

A104 is our favorite. CLEAN, ORGANIZED, CUTE, BEACHY, AND SOOOO MUCH MORE.🏝👍🏻😍We could watch our kids from the patio since the lazy river was their favorite. Easy access to the beach and pool is always ideal. Danica is the sweetest! She was sure to have custom sand buckets for our kids waiting and was very helpful and organized. When I say organized ... she has EVERYTHING labeled! I love it! As soon as we walked in, the beach music was playing on the iPod and we instantly felt vacation vibes. It’s a plus that her taste in music is AMAZING. We rocked the iPod the whole time. Everything you could need on vacation is available with this unit. We will book through Danica for all out visits here. She is quick to respond and repair anything that may need attention. She cannot be beat. YOU WILL NOT REGRET BOOKING THROUGH THIS OWNER. ❤️

We loved our stay at the Waterscape - Danica was very pleasant as helpful with our stay here. She has spoiled us so we have to stay here every time we come to Destin💕

We wanted a ground-floor unit to keep the unvaccinated kids out of the elevator. A104 was lovely. The beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon that come with the condo were a great convenience; also the Pack&Play. The 4-year-old loved sleeping in the top bunk in the cozy separate room, and there was space in there for the 1-year-old in the Pack&Play as well. Danica was very responsive to all our questions. Waterscape is a great place to stay (especially with little ones), and Danica is a great host!

The condo was so nice! Danica took care of all our needs while we were visiting! The resort was great! Would definitely stay again!

We recently traveled to Ft. Walton Beach for the second time in the last 12 months. The condo was super clean when we arrived and there was even beach music playing when we arrived. Danica had a special welcoming basket for us that was personalized as soon as we arrived on the kitchen counter. The condo was a great location and a 30 second walk to the beach. We will definitely be coming back again and plan to stay with Danica. She was very easy to work with and made us feel very safe and comfortable.

Danica provided a beautiful and welcoming home, A104, for our family when we came to visit our Son at Eglin AFB! Our story was a lot more than sunny days at this beautiful beach. It was giving Patrick time away from the rigors of EOD school & the USAF. Danica understands family and if you are looking for a great family vacation from a great family owner, well you know our choice will always be Danica!

I work remotely and my son is homeschooled so we took advantage of a midweek special and a much needed change of pace. It was the most enjoyable work week having a the fresh salty air and unforgettable beach sunsets. The ground floor condo was steps from both the pool and the sand, and while it was too cold to enjoy the water, the scenery well made up for that! The condo itself has all the comforts of home. We shopped at the local Publix which was super close and convenient, and cooked all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. We felt so welcomed and pampered by Danica and had great instructions for everything from parking, to changing to door code and even a spa recommendation! My son was begging me to book another stay before we left! We will definitely be using Waterscape Rentals for all of our future beach getaways. It was truly like a home away from home ❤️☀️🏝

Danica’s attention to detail in this 2 bedroom suite is very evident- labels for everything takes away all guess work. The room comes with daily beach chair set up and also a wagon and additional beach chairs. A true plus to this condo is its ease of accessibility. A104 may have recently been added to her fleet, but she alraedy has it perfect for vacationers.

I am so thrilled that I found this listing with Danica at Waterscape (A104). The condo was impeccable and beautifully decorated. The colors are soothing and also fun and playful, giving the perfect vibe to a perfect trip. The unit is laid out very efficiently and equipped with everything needed for a good stay, including equipment for the beach. The rooms and adjoining bathrooms are spacious, with plenty of room to store belongings. The kitchen has every appliance and locations are labeled in order to easily return things to their proper places. Danica was a delight to work with. She was very professional and knowledgeable, making certain that I had everything I needed. I am looking forward to spending time here again, and recommend it highly.

We had the opportunity to spend Mardi Gras vacation in Florida! What a beautiful place to stay. Communication was prompt and helpful in making us feel comfortable in our “home away from home!
