Wonderful people and awesome place to stay for littles. We enjoyed it and will return.

We stayed at Waterscape for the first time in June 2021, renting one of Danica's immaculate units in the A building. We came back for a second visit in August 2022, and chose to stay at another one of Danica's units that was also in the A building. We choose to stay here for our family vacations because Waterscape has everything we need to enjoy a fun filled family vacation that our 3 young kids will truly enjoy. We choose to rent from Danica because of the unparalleled service and value that she offers, and that will certainly not change for future visits! Her units have everything that we need to accommodate our family, and her customer service has far exceeded our expectations with every stay. If you have young children, and you want to have a vacation rental experience that includes everything you could possibly need at your fingertips with exceptional customer service, do yourself a favor and rent from Danica-- you will definitely be glad that you did!

We've been staying at Waterscape every summer for nearly a decade and really regret not finding Danica sooner. This was our second consecutive stay in one of her beautifully maintained and decorated units. We couldn't have been more pleased with the hospitality and amenities. We're already looking forward to our trip next summer.

We loved staying at Waterscape. It was clean, safe, fun, and close to many conveniences. We had a group of 8. The 13 year olds lived at the pools. The lily pads were so much fun. It was awesome to be able to walk out from the condo to the beach. The condo we stayed in had 2 masters and we let the 17 year olds stayed in the bigger one. They thought that was very cool. We loved everything about it. It was a good size for the 8 of us. The bunk room was perfect for the 13 years. Having 3 bathrooms was great too. Thanks to Danica for all the communication and tips. She was super easy to work with. Not a lot of condos especially this nice will let you stay for a partial week. Thanks so much and we would definitely rent and recommend Waterscape!

Nice clean space with everything we needed. The pools are awesome & we only went to the beach one time! Danica was available anytime we needed anything. That was a big plus to have the owner so responsive to our needs. We loved our stay & will be back!

We loved it here! The best part was with having younger kids, everything was here and we didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to, this condo and resort is a must stay!

Our stay was so wonderful! The condo was so well put together and prepared for us. Our kids had a blast with everything available, including fireworks and a movie night! This will definitely be our "go-to" vacation spot!

I would give this more than 5 stars if I was able to! Let me start with communication. Danica was on top of her game and I never had to wait long for a response from the time I booked h til the day we left. She covered all bases. I made a mistake with our dates and we arrived a day early. 8 of us had no where to go but Danica to the rescue! By the grace of god, she was able to accommodate us and gave us an extra night at an amazing rate. The unit was so clean and organized. Everything we needed was there except beach towels. She even has a wagon, beach chairs, baby equipment, water and sand toys. The location is amazing-the kids LOVED the pools and being so close to the beach. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony watching the waves come in while drinking my cup of coffee. The location is close to many activities and we found it really easy to get around. I could go on and on but I'll end it with just rent from Waterscape-you won't regret it! Thank you so much Danica-we will be back!!!

Our first family Vacay as three and couldn't of asked for a better time! Our condo was beautiful and well kept. Danica was so helpful with my multiple questions and if we needed anything she was there for us which we were so grateful for. My family enjoyed our stay at Danica's condo. It was beautiful inside. Everything was perfect, from a clean place with so much details to feel like home. The resort was clean and family friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much that we want to visit again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at Waterscape for spring break! We stayed in room A516 and had everything we needed. Danica was a very thoughtful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend!!!

This unit was amazing! We had everything we we needed and then some. The kitchen had way more than expected, we brought our own blender, but alas, there's one there! The kids had their pick of beach toys all week, we never got to the bottom of the bin though. Walking in to island music (using an old iPod/speaker) was a nice touch. If we head down to the panhandle again, we'll book with Danica and the great service and attention to detail.

Absolutely the most phenomenal vacation in A516!! The condo was absolutely perfect with a gorgeous view and fully stocked with everything we needed. Danica was wonderful in answering all 5000 questions from prior to arrival and during our stay. A few amenities were down during our stay but it was still a beautiful resort and we will definitely be back! Thank you Danica you are truly one of a kind and incredible at what you do!

We had a wonderful time at Waterscape all thanks to Danica! She made our trip just awesome from start to finish! From her airport transfers, groceries stocked in our fridge, personal tour to find seashells and dolphins....we can't thank her enough! She even had balloons in our condo for my son's birthday! The condo was everything we could ever need for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space, and a bonus with everyone having their own bathrooms! The unit was very cute and tidy upon arrival. The beach and pools at Waterscape really were everything we could've hoped for! Sugary sand, hot tub and heated pools were really nice. The kids enjoyed all the beach toys she had to offer. Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation! We hope to be back soon!

This was our third time staying at Waterscape with Danica, and we have already rebooked again with her for next year. You can't go wrong in any of her units: clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything you need. Waterscape Resort is so nice and just steps from the beautiful white sand beach. Restaurants are within walking distant. Perfectly located.

Condo was the cleanest one we have ever rented. Danica answered questions and concerns quickly, handled them very efficiently, and fast. Since it was our first experience staying in Fort Walton we relied on her for guidance of eateries, etc. All her recommendations were excellent! Hope to return soon!

This was the BEST Thanksgiving ever!!! Our family decided to do something new this year and spend our Thanksgiving week on the beach. 4 kids and 2 happy parents voted unanimously and this has become our new tradition, already booked our next years stay. The water was perfect, we got to enjoy schools of Manta Rays swimming with us, it was magical. I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of this place. Danica had absolutely everything available, we didn’t have to pack a bunch of extras other than beech towels. Do yourself a favor, skip the crowds of back Friday and enjoy a new set of things to be thankful for. I know we did, thanks for everything Danica! See you next year WATERSCAPE!!!! 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️

Danica was an amazing host! She sent us several documents from what to pack, (we always forget something) things to do, and of course all the check-in information needed to make things simple. Danica was very responsive from the day we left Indy to the day we checked out. She was super helpful and accommodating to make this trip memorable. We stay in A516, this was our 7th trip to Waterscape and it was nothing short of perfect. The room was very well kept, updated, and had plenty of amenities. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything and everything you could ever need. Two very nice beach chairs, an umbrella, and a nice beach cart as well as a red wagon for the pool deck were provided. The patio had a tool chest FULL of fun beach toys, pool noodles, and boggy boards. As far as the bedrooms/bathroom...the beds were super comfy and the bathrooms provided large spacious showers and soaking tubs. Plenty of towels, hand towels, and walk-off mats were included. We especially like the labels throughout the condo. Thank you Danica for making our trip relaxing and fun. We will be booking with you for our next trip(s)!

I was very fortunate to hear about Danica through Sarah at The Good Life Destin. Our family rented condo A516 Waterscape in Fort Walton and it was very clean! Danica supplied a wagon, fully stocked kitchen, towels/washcloths, and a rolling cooler. Not to mention beach toys and boards for the beach. Upon entering, we were greeted with a bin labeled with our last name on it (full of treats) on the dining room table. She was very informative and thorough in her emails from condo information, nearby restaurants, to local attractions. I would recommend any family to rent from Danica…you will not be disappointed!

This was the BEST trip!! We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more! The Condo (A516) was perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we needed and more. Great view of the ocean and pool! Danica is Amazing; she is the reason we already booked again! She's extremely attentive and so kind! You will not regret booking here!!

We had the best time at Waterscape! Danica was a great host. The condo was very clean and very well stocked. Danica made sure we felt welcome and at home! We will be back again! Fort Walton is such a great family place and Waterscape is the perfect location for restaurants, gift shops etc.

We planned on playing in the ocean but hit Ida the hurricane, still our hostess Danica Connell showed us a great night out and the Condo we had was fabulous! Smelled so cleaned had a lovely Condo with a great view! Was surprised to see such a crowd but nice people! Couldn't enjoy the ocean because of dangerous rip tides but did have a couple days in the sun! Wonderful stay will come back and bring family ! Next time trying a different time and will bring family! Wonderful place to enjoy with family!

I cant say enough about this wonderful condo. Everything was labeled and fully stocked. The large balcony and beautiful view were enjoyed every day. Not having been to the beach much, it was nice to have everything there so that we didnt have to purchase anything. From chairs and carts to pool and beach toys, it was all there. Danica was wonderful to work with from the beginning and we will definitely rent from her again for our next trip.

Beautiful condo, wonderful owner/host, and amazing resort. Danica was so responsive and helpful with our last minute vacation and gave us very detailed directions and instructions. We walked in to Unit A516 to find soothing music playing, ceiling fans and just the right lamps turned on, and shades opened to display the amazing view. I was instantly in love! The only bad part of our vacation was leaving. Thank you so much, Danica!! We will be back!

Rented waterscape A516 from Danica and it was a perfect experience. She made the ease of making reservation to the condo availability and the stay so enjoyable. Her condos are the best and the cleanest. She provides beach accessories for the kids and extra chairs. We have been to Waterscape many times and will return and only rent from her. Will never rent from anyone else again...

My family and I had a wonderful time at the condo and the beach. Everything was convenient from walking to the beach to getting our groceries. The resort had a wonderful pool and our kids and us enjoyed so much. Danica was so nice she answered every question we had while we were there and the condo was stocked with all that we needed. Definitely would stay there again!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was wonderful and very clean. Everything you would need to cook. Great view of pool and ocean! The beach cart was super useful and everyone needs one! We will be back. Kids loved it.

Condo was very clean and supplied well. It didn’t have a rice cooker so when I go back will bring my own. Resort was also very well kept up. Watched people putting towels to hold their lounger and watched cleaning people pick them up. Great 👍🏻 do not put your towels to save your spot. For sure before 8. Would give this place a 10!

This was our first time visiting Fort Walton and Waterscape. We loved it! The entire rental process was seamless! Danica made everything so easy. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was great for all age groups. We could not have asked for a better, more relaxing experience. I will recommend this rental to all of my friends heading to this area. We look forward to returning!

My family and I stayed at Waterscape over Memorial Day weekend and the following week. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time visit to Ft. Walton and Waterscape and will absolutely be back! My kids remained entertained with all the fun options at the pool and the beach being just steps away made the transition back and forth so easy! Danica providing beach toys, chairs, wagons, etc. made life much easier as we just had to show up and didn't have to cram the truck full of all the extra stuff. The personalized sand buckets for my girls was such a sweet and personal touch that they put to good use as we hunted for crabs at night. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

We just returned from another great stay with Danica! A516 this year. All her condos are beautiful & have everything you need. She even arranged to take us out on a boat this year! We had such a great day & it was so convenient. We love Waterscape and are so glad we found her. Renting from her is stress free. Communication is amazing. She always checks in to make sure everything is prefect! I know we will have everything we need & if not she will make it happen. Her condos are always well stocked with everything you need. She has become a friend to us this past year! We look forward to seeing her just as much as we do coming to the beach! Can't wait for next year. You know it is a good vacation when you have your next trip booked before you get home!

Absolutely loved our stay at Waterscape A516!!! The condo is spacious and is equipped with everything to cook a delicious meal and avoid long wait times at restaurants. The amenities are seriously the best and it was awesome to be just a feet away from the beach! Neither the pools or beach were too overcrowded! The view from A516 was just breathtaking! We are so grateful to have booked our vacation through Danica(the owner), she is amazing and made it all so easy!♥️ Can’t wait for next time!🏝🏝🏝

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very roomy, GREAT view of the pool area and ocean. We came during the week (Monday-Saturday) and before the summer vacations began so it wasn't too crowded. There were definitely more folks at the beach when the weekend started. Highly recommend this area and unit!

We had the BEST vacation this week! Danica's condo was perfect for our get away, it had everything we needed, just like home away from home. We walked into a tropical paradise with the best view, music playing and the cutest welcome gift. Our condo was clean, inviting and perfectly located in the resort. Danica was an amazing host, we knew what to expect before we arrived and felt well prepared for the week, she communicates quickly and directly with you, which makes check in and check out a breeze, she even answered weather questions I had the week prior to arrival. This was our first experience with an extended stay at Waterscape. February 1 to March 12th. The resort offers everything that we enjoy. The beach access was excellent. Really enjoyed the beach chair and umbrella service after March 1st. Wish that would start earlier, however our condo was equipped with a wagon and two beach chairs. Our condo had a great location with easy assess to the heated pool and parking. The condo was nicely decorated and well equipped. If we needed something or had a question, Danica made herself easily available. The beds were very comfortable. The sofa was a little soft and hard to get out of for us. We would definitely return to Waterscape and this condo. Danica was great to work with. Her Southern hospitality and attention to detail was outstanding!

We had such a wonderful time in A516. The condo was beautifully decorated. Pool and beach view were amazing! The resort had everything you could want. Plenty of room for a large family. I would definitely stay here again and again!!!! Danica is an hostess awesome and makes sure you are taken care of too!!
