Waterscape B500 - Stunning Panoramic Views, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

It was a wonderful stay and we would love to book again next year.

My wife fell in love with pictures of condo B500. We contacted the owner and Elizabeth assured us that pictures could not show how wonderful this unit was ( not only was her description right on but she was truly a joy to talk to). Property management was A1 also. Stay here and make memories your great grandkids will hear about later.

Stayed 3 weeks with family coming in for various weeks. Had excellent time. Condo gave us plenty of space and location was perfect.

Wow!!!! We were very happy with our stay! Everything was hassle free & perfect! From the very beginning where we started the process of booking, through the very end! Friendly cust service!
The location is perfect! The waterscape property itself is an excellent choice for families, and everyone had a great time! Even those without kids, had a blast!
The view was certainly "Million Dollar"! These owners take great pride in their unit & it shows! The tiniest details have been thought of! Even the pots n pans are that gorgeous turquoise color!
There were plenty of activities from waterscape, that the kids enjoyed, including a "dive in movie" and "glow dance party", and even a pirate scavenger hunt!
The cleanliness of the entire property was excellent! Conveniently located in close proximity to local restaurants, grocery, etc.
We will definitely recommend this to friends/family and we will return again! The dolphins were seen from our balcony and also the beach, nearly daily! Beautiful walk to the pier, shopping from the beach at the boardwalk was great too!
We did have 1 rain day, contemplated going to the aquaraium, 2 mins away, but there were several board games, and we chose to have family game time!
Our family typically reserves a whole house, but the view here couldnt be passed up! That said we still had plenty of room, and seating! Loved that everyone had a beautiful view from their room & access to that stunning wrap around balcony!

We joked as we were making the trek from the parking garage to the unit, as the first time, it felt like we kept going & going & going, and I kept telling them, "nothing but the best for you guys", but the wows when we entered were unanimous! Very worth the extra walk from the car!
The nice part about the parking area, is there were carts to utilize for groceries in addition to bellhop carts for luggage. Made it very simple to haul it all in!

Condo was beautiful. We loved it! We would definitely recommend it. Owners were great to work and so was Legacy Management.

This was an impressive property, but the view was fabulous! We loved sitting on the balcony every morning for breakfast and late evening for a cup of coffee and enjoying the breathtaking views. It was definitely my favorite part! So peaceful and relaxing. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed; the beds were very comfy! The resort was amazing and our 5 year old granddaughter had an awesome week!

We had an amazing girls trip this past week. The room was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen.

B500 is spectacular...this unit is near and dear to my family's heart. The view is beautiful and the unit is decorated beautifully. We have stayed 6 years with #7 booked. Legacy Vacations, Inc is easy to work with and very knowledgeable of this unit. I’ve had the privilege to talk to the owner and was very impressed with their kindness.

We had a great trip...rental was awesome... We want to stay again next year... Same place.

Beautiful place and location.... Lot's of food...drinks...shops all within walking distance. The view is awesome lots of room in unit!

B500 far exceeded our expectations with amazing views throughout the condo. The kitchen is just stunning with that unique natural stone countertop and wave design on the bar. Lots of extra touches throughout the condo - for a one-of-a-kind experience!

We have three small children and they LOVE all of the activities at Waterscape! We love the convenience, too, of quick access to the beach and pool areas with just a quick scroll to the elevator. The condo has plenty of room in the living and dining areas for the family to gather, with private spaces for naps or early bedtimes. You simply can't beat the views, either!
