This condo A227 is beautiful, comfy, and spacious! Danica is a wonderful condo manager! She is hands-on and available for any need that comes up. She has thought of all the essentials you may need for a beach trip and provided them at the condo. Wagon, extra beach chairs and umbrella, pack and play, highchair, coolers, ice packs, floats and beach toys. She also provides a list of close and good restaurants and activities during your stay if any. We had a wonderful stay! I love Waterscape! The only thing I would suggest is instructions for the TV (smart tv)switching from roku to cable..for those that don't have a smart TV. We figured it out, but I was afraid I'd mess up the TV. Lol... just me. Also a muffin pan.

Wonderful vacation! From the time of booking until getting home everything was great working with rentwaterscape.com. Easy communication, well cleaned unit, everything you can think of was provided, no complaints and looking forward to returning. We recently booked a last minute trip to Waterscape through Danica. We had stayed through another site several years ago and have always wanted to go back. I had been following Danica’s Facebook page for a while and finally decided to try staying with her. It was AMAZING!! Even booking last minute, she left us a little tote bag as a gift, had beach type music playing when we walked in and the beach decor in the condo was perfect. We were able to go straight to our room with a keypad code and didn’t have to check in. And the condo had everything we could need and more. We can’t wait to go back.

We got our condo from Danica. It was very nice/clean when we arrived. Took us a couple days to figure out the lay of the land cause the condo is huge! I loved the beach access! The pools and activities at the condo were great for my kids ages range from 3 to 11. They had a blast and enjoyed every minute! I would highly recommend and go again in the future!

We were delighted with the thoughtfulness and cleanliness to all the appliances and tools for the kitchen, toys, wagon, free kayaking each day, free umbrella/chairs, comfortable bedding, and selected music in the condo. The awesome pools and Lazy River with beautiful landscaping made it feel so tropical. Our granddaughter had a blast and never wanted to leave the water. The covered, secure parking kept our car cool and safe. There was easy access to some very delicious restaurants. Loved the fireworks! It was our 1st time to vacation here and we enjoyed it. Even though the weather could have been better, we had a great time. Both the 4 yr old and 9 yr old had a blast. She really makes sure every detail of your vacation is perfect. When we first arrived at our Unit (A227) it smelt so amazing and had an awesome playlist of music playing. Just set the vacation off great. And she really is just a text away like she says. Our unit was clean, decorated well, and very homey! Waterscape in general is great with many ways to entertain your entire family. We will definitely be booking again!

Room was nice and clean,owner was very helpful and answered any text I sent quickly. She had info in her welcome package on things to do,places to eat and even helped us find a family photographer. The room came with plenty of stuff like a wagon for the beach,chairs,boogie board and kids toys. We also took advantage of the free paddle boards and kayaks each day that came with the room which was great. Overall it was a great stay no issues was able to check in and out with ease highly recommended to any one looking for a room for through Danica.

Waterscape A227 is located on the Florida Panhandle in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area in one of the most popular resorts on the Gulf Coast. We are a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with all the perks you'd expect from a 5-star resort, plus many that you haven't yet considered. Waterscape is the Gulf Coast's most fun, family-friendly, BEACHFRONT resort featuring multiple pools with waterfalls, a heated pool, lazy river, waterslide, toddler pool/splash pad, two hot tubs, onsite tiki hut, and MORE!
Waterscape A227 is on the upper level ground floor in the A building and is the first condo when you walk in the hall from the parking garage. It is only a few steps from the upper level pool deck, which means quick access getting toddlers in that amazing toddler pool with the waterslide, and a short walk in cooler months from the heated pool back to your cozy quarters. This unit offers two master suites (one king, one queen), which is perfect for traveling with extended family or another small family. The living room and both bedrooms open to the spacious, sun-kissed patio which includes seating for 4, two lounge chairs, and a deck box filled to the rim with beach toys and floats.
A227 boasts a fully stocked kitchen making cooking-in a breeze (but of course, cooking is optional!). The living room has a sofa and love seat with 4 built-in recliners, and an HDTV in case you need to spend some down time indoors. Due to the recliners in the sofa, there is no sofa bed.
A227 is fun and elegant too. It has been carefully designed to feel like home. We have selectively stocked the condo with things you need, but nothing you don't. We offer free beach service, extra beach chairs, a large 8' umbrella, and a beach cart to provide front-row beach seating at your leisure. This equipment is also handy at the pools, as sometimes vacant chairs can be difficult to come by. We furnish an all-terrain wagon for your little ones, a pack-n-play, highchair, and a variety of other items to make your visit easy. These are a few of the details, but I don't want to spoil all the surprises!
Waterscape A227 has a bunk room that makes the kids happy to climb into their sleeping quarters. There is half bath right off the bunk area. This unit sleeps 6 people comfortably.
