There is a private patio. Your gas grill is located in the pool area. The beautiful pool area features a waterfall and lots of seating for relaxing after a day at the beach. Even a Tiki hut! Sunset Villas is the best of all worlds – on a quiet side street yet easily walkable to the beach, shopping and restaurants! This beautiful unit sleeps six with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a 55” flat screen television in the living room as well as a flat screen in each of the bedrooms. Sunset Villas is a one week minimum rentals. Not pet friendly Parking is limited to two cars. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
