All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets. This property has keyless, no-contact check in for your convenience. The Bollinger Duplex, side A is a very comfortably furnished and spacious duplex apartment located at 6909 Gulf Drive in the preferred, quiet area of northern Holmes Beach. This property is located about one-half block to beautiful Gulf of Mexico where you can walk for miles in either direction on the white, sandy beaches. This two bedroom, three bath unit sleeps six with a king bed, two twin beds, a sofa bed in the living room and a futon in the enclosed den area. A laundry room is shared by both units. There is a carport for undercover parking. There is a 32” television in the living room with a DVD and VCR. There is a 20" tv in the master bedroom and a 31" television in the second bedroom. This unit can be rented in conjunction with side B next door for larger groups up to fourteen. The Bollinger Duplex is a one week minimum Holmes Beach rental. . Parking is limited to two cars. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property
