VRC16-000543 Franks Beach House is a beautiful three bedroom, two bath direct Gulf front home located at 3212 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach. It features a very large open deck facing the beach as well as a screened lanai for when you want a little shade. The expansive beach stretches for miles in either direction. This spacious and comfortable home is located on a secluded beach and has updates cabinets with granite countertops; appliances in the kitchen; furniture, linens and electronics. Two large picture windows have been added to provide an even better view of the beach! It’s less than a five minute walk to shopping and restaurants. Amenities include washer, dryer, microwave, fireplace, large garden bathtub, gas grill and undercover parking. It has a 51” flat screen television in the living room with a Bose® system. The second and third bedrooms features 43” smart TV's. The storage room has beach toys and beach chairs for your use. Franks Beach House sleeps six with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen size bed in the third bedroom. One week minimum rental is required. Parking is limited to three vehicles. Not a pet friendly rental. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
