All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets. This property has keyless, no-contact check in for your convenience. The Bollinger Duplex, Side B is a ground level one bedroom, one bath duplex located at 6909 Gulf Drive, in the preferred northern area of Holmes Beach. It only one-half block to a beautiful beach where you can stroll from one end of Anna Maria Island to the next! There is a carport and a shared washer and dryer onsite for your use. The Bollinger Duplex has a 32" television in the living room with a DVD player and a 32" tv in the bedroom. There is also a gas grill available for your use. This unit will sleep six with a king size bed in the main bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room and another sofa bed in the enclosed den. This unit can also be rented in conjunction with the Bollinger Duplex side A for groups up to fourteen. . Parking is limited to two cars. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
