Both bedrooms have 19" televisions. There is a private stack washer and dryer in the unit and a single car garage is available for your use. This unit will sleep six with one king size, two twin beds and a pullout sofa sleeper in the living room. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants you may not even need a car. Best of all, the beach is about a two minute walk down a side street with no busy roads to cross. The trolley stop is less than a block away in either direction, just grab your flops and hop on to explore all that Anna Maria Island has to offer. The Terrace Condo is a one week minimum rental. Not pet friendly Parking is limited to two vehicles. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
