?Hurricane Update:

The entire complex is built on pillars more than 20 feet off the ground. The condo sustained no damage, we have been accepting guests for several weeks, the pool has been completely drained, acid washed, refilled and we have installed a new pump, a new filter and all new equipment. The pool has never looked better, the beaches are open, the restaurants are open and the weather is fantastic.

The Beach Sands condo is completely surrounded by water with the Gulf of Mexico to the west, the Intra-Coastal Waterway to the east, Tampa Bay to the north and Sarasota Bay to the south. The Beach Sands offers the best location on Anna Maria Island where the island is only 150 yards wide. Our complex stretches from the Gulf to the Intra-Coastal Waterway. We offer private beach access, one of the largest heated pools on the island and there are more than twelve restaurants you can walk to in just a few minutes.

Anna Maria Island is not a place where you go to the beach. When you are on Anna Maria Island you are at the beach.

For your convenience our Florida beach rental condo is located with-in a few minutes walk of Anna Maria Island's finest waterfront restaurants, waterfront parks, beach shops, gift shops, beach boutiques and the quaint shopping village on historic Bridge St. which continues right out onto the Bridge St. pier famous for dining, fishing and strolling.

— With the island's laid back charm and leisurely unhurried living speed limits are restricted to 25-35 mph throughout the island.

— This tropical paradise also offers free trolley service for both tourists and residents. A car is not necessary when vacationing on the island or you could park your car for your entire vacation. The trolley tours the island from 6:00 am tom10:30 pm and runs every 20-30 minutes. For your convenience the trolley stops right in-front of the Beach Sands.
