A screened-in balcony makes the ideal setting for breakfast with a garden view or cocktails as the sun goes down. The bright, airy kitchen is filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of hors d’oeuvres to serve guests on the balcony. The bedrooms are decorated with ocean blue walls and floral fabrics, and they both offer ample closet and drawer space. We want your vacation to be nothing short of perfect, so we’ve made sure you have everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got everything you need for a day at the beach, like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. So put on your flip-flops and sunglasses and take the brief, pleasant walk to the warm sands and turquoise water of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue.
