This 3rd floor, 800 square foot condo sleeps four, with one king bed, a sleeper sofa, and one bathroom. With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit, the deep blue river is your constant backdrop as you enjoy a meal on the wooden table or entertain guests in the living room. The sun-brightened kitchen contains all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of cocktails to serve guests on the balcony overlooking the communal pool and Marco River. Every night, you’ll fall asleep to fragrant tropical breezes from the Marco River outside. Along with all the closet and drawer space you need to feel at home, it features an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a glass-enclosed shower.
