With its sand-inspired walls and tile floors, as well as its cozy furnishings and beautiful oceanic artwork and décor, you can tell that the true inspiration for this house was the beautiful beaches of Marco Island. After a day of sun and fun, sit back and enjoy your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat screen television in the living room. To top it all off, this room opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the comforts of the interior and exterior at the same time. The spacious open kitchen features all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to prepare and enjoy a special family dinner at the wooden dining room table or a seaside snack on the lanai. It even comes with a blender, so that you can enjoy blended tropical drinks as the setting sun paints the sky a brilliant orange. All of the bedrooms are decorated with all the colors and comforts of the tropics and feature ample closet and drawer space. The master bedroom, in particular, offers a television, en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and his-and-hers sinks, as well as direct lanai access, so that you can drift away with the fragrant seaside breezes.
