The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials to prepare tasty homemade meals, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and a Keurig coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, offering a great spot for formal meals and a second wine cooler. Those who need to work or study remotely will find a private office with a desk and a printer.

The sliding glass doors lead you to the gorgeous screened back patio featuring a large screened-in heated pool and an attached spill-over spa. Spend tranquil evenings enjoying a soothing bath in the pool spa while your family and friends revel in the refreshing sparkling waters of the pool. The patio enjoys a convenient outdoor dining area and an outdoor kitchen, with a built-in gas grill and griddle.

The primary suite offers direct access to the back patio, a smart TV, and an exquisite en suite bath with two vanities, a shower, and a separate jetted tub. All other bedrooms have smart TVs for added convenience and entertainment. Additional perks include a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
