Spend time in a backyard oasis with a private pool and dining area. Or enjoy group gatherings at a big breakfast bar, set beneath a vaulted ceiling. When you’re ready to explore, you’ll find local shops, restaurants, and a sugar-white beach within an easy walk.

LIVING AREAS

Plan your vacation adventures in the light-filled living room, replete with cool tiled floors, contemporary furnishings, and sliding glass doors that overlook the pool. Rest easy between a chic sectional and stylish armchairs. A 47” flat-screen TV awaits for movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

An open kitchen serves as a fabulous social space, with a wrap-around breakfast bar that seats eight. This well-stocked cooking space has a full range of appliances, handy kitchen gadgets, and plenty of glassware and crockery to host a family dinner party.

BED & BATH

Tranquility awaits in an inviting master bedroom, offering a king bed, 40" wall-mounted TV, and pool access. An en-suite bathroom with a fresh coastal feel has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

Both the second and third bedroom each have a queen bed and flat-screen TV.

A fourth bedroom is appointed with a pair of twin beds, a wall-mounted TV, and a convenient desk area to check email.

A bright guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

French doors lead out to a gorgeous screened-in pool area, and the pool is heated for year-round use! After a morning dip, recline in a lounger or enjoy coffee and conversations at the poolside lounge area.

Later, sizzle steaks and veggies over the gas grill. Your backyard oasis includes an eight-person table for alfresco dining.

Guest amenities include cable TV, a washer/dryer, and chairs and toys for the beach. There's parking space for two cars in the driveway and one in the garage.

THE LOCATION

The sugar-white shores of Marco Beach are on your doorstep! Walk just 0.5 miles to the nearest public beach access area, then spend a whole day on this pristine stretch of sand.

You’re also within 0.5 miles from great local restaurants and shops, and it’s easy to arrange fun on the gulf with Marco Island Water Sports (0.6 miles).

Head 1.5 miles to explore the fascinating Marco Island Historical Museum, a treasure trove of local history. Travel the same distance to Frank E. Mackle Community Park — a popular gathering space with a kids’ playground, picnic area, bike path, and recreational amenities.

Further afield, you can spend a day wildlife spotting around the epic Everglades National Park — 32 miles away.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
