If you want to know why the beach is called the Paradise Coast, just step out onto the balcony of this 600 square foot, 7th floor beachfront condo. It sleeps four, with one king bed, a sleeper sofa and 1.5 bathrooms.

The balcony is furnished with two separate tables and chairs. Sit with your morning coffee and look out at sun sparkling off the turquoise ocean beneath a bright, cloudless blue sky and a coastline of silken white sand that stretches as far as you can see. Down below, a wooden boardwalk crosses over wind-blown beach grass from the Tradewinds to the beach.

When you go back into the unit, the view comes along with you, thanks to sliding glass doors in the living room and bedroom. Coral-hued tile and decorative touches like shells and sand dollars create a feel of seaside tranquility. The unit was furnished under the theory that there’s no such thing as too much comfort. A sectional sofa and chair facing the ocean make the ideal place to savor the view or relax with a show on the big screen television.

The bright, summer kitchen features a counter with chairs and comes equipped with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve everything from a family dinner on the dark wood table to a tray of cocktails to bring out to the balcony as the setting sun turns the sky fiery orange.

The coastal décor of the bedroom includes a rattan dresser, beach-themed artwork and the centerpiece of the design, the ocean itself, lit up by the moon, with waves breaking softly on the shore.

The unit is filled with comfort-enhancing features like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens and towels. It also gives you beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for that short walk to the beach.

The Tradewinds surrounds you with amenities, including a triangular swimming pool lined with sun loungers and tables with umbrellas, where you can enjoy a poolside barbeque you cook up on one of the gas grills. There’s also a social room with daily activities, and you’re only a short walk from some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza and Thai Sushi by KJ.
