The Beach House II, Mexico Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We stayed here for only 3 nights (not nearly long enough) in May 2024. It was perfect. We loved the house. We loved the beach. It was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 5 young children (including 3 in pack and plays "in the closets"). The house is beautiful--well decorated, light and comfortable. The kitchen is large with plenty of seating at table and on bar stools and wonderful views of the ocean. There are views from the family room and decks on the main and second floor. (We loved sitting on the decks, reading, relaxing.) The bedroom set up was wonderful--4 "primary suites", each with their own bathroom plus two "kids rooms." Two bedrooms on the main floor and four upstairs. The beds were comfortable, black out curtains provided for quiet dark sleeping, two bedrooms on second floor have ocean views. Our 4 and 5 year old grandchildren were thrilled with the bunk room --a bunk for each, toys, fun quilts, shark bean bag chairs, etc. There is plenty of parking. Now--the beach. First of all--there were beach chairs and umbrellas for our use in the locked closet on the ground floor. Appreciated! And beach toys! We brought some but the two year old was overjoyed by a large truck. The beach is incredible. It is a short walk from the house, beautiful white sand, uncrowded, views for miles each way. We experienced some rainy stormy weather and beautiful sunny weather--and enjoyed both. The water was warm (80 degrees?) and perfect for swimming ( not on the stormy day). When we returned to the house there were three different places to rinse off--a hose near the bottom of the stairs, a hose near a bench and an outdoor shower. The elevator was handy for moving in and out. Other than that we didn't need to use it. It would be essential for anyone with mobility issues. We stopped at Sam's Club in Panama City for groceries but my kids still chose to taste the local fare. I chose to spend every evening watching the sunset. Best beach house ever!

There simply aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful this home is. If you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind this is it! Every detail has been thought out from the moment you drive up and the lights pop on to welcome you. The kitchen is a dream with plenty of space for everyone and everything. The game table where one can enjoy a puzzle and still be with the family while watching tv or enjoying the views. Speaking of views, OH MY GOODNESS, THE VIEWS! As stunning as this home is the views will take your breath away! This home has it all and so much more! I Love this beautiful home and hope to enjoy many more trips here. Chip and Linda are an absolute joy to work with and two of the kindest people ever. We became instant friends!

I wish I could give this home more than a 5-star rating. The house is brand new, spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully, and sits right on the beach. Having 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms makes it the perfect place for a multi-family gathering. The elevator is a HUGE plus! There were baby gates and toys for the little ones which was fantastic as we were there with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The kitchen is huge and very well-stocked. The views from the porches are amazing. My family and I were only able to stay for a few nights, but we enjoyed every minute. Chip was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very friendly, responded quickly to my questions, and went above and beyond to accommodate my family's needs. We were sad to have to leave. I look forward to the next time I'm able to stay in this beautiful beach house

I was blessed to visit the Perry's original Beach House several years with friends prior to Hurricane Michael. Not a stranger to travel (twice overseas), vacations at the Beach House were the most beautifully relaxing I've experienced. Not only is the area stunning with remarkable sunrises, sunsets and pristine beaches, Linda is a down-to-earth lovely lady to do business with. She is easy to talk & work with and has a friendly, gracious personality. I am looking forward to vacationing at The Beach House II next year & for years to come. I am thrilled the name didn't change much. ?? If you want a lovely, peaceful, relaxing, fun and interesting vacation, this is your place!

My husband's family planned a family vacation which thankfully coincided with Fall Break so we were concerned we would not find accommodations for just our crew which included 12 of us. Enter Chip & Linda Perry and their amazing, beautiful Beachhouse II. The home itself is in a word...perfection. Having both our grown children and their families and our 15 year old son for almost a week long of togetherness, sun and surf, crab hunting, and making memories is an experience my husband and I had dreamed of. Being so close to the beach made it easy for everyone to come and go for nap times and sandwiches. We cooked big breakfasts in the awesome kitchen and all enjoyed the beautiful, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The sunsets from the balconies were majestic. The owners were fantastic and friendly and a joy to communicate with. You will truly miss out on a wonderful opportunity if you pass on this lovely home.
