Williamsburg is available to rent weekly during the summer from Monday to Monday. This alternative allows an opportunity for those that cannot be there the whole week to enjoy a long weekend. Please inquire if this schedule does not meet your needs and we will try to accommodate. 1/2 of the total payment is required when securing the reservation with the other half due by 6 weeks of scheduled check-in. We accept Paypal, Venmo, and personal check at this time.

We had the best beach vacation at the Williamsburg. There were no crowds like we had been experiencing. The owners were wonderful to work with. The house was set up with everything you could possibly need. We had 12 of us with 6 kids ranging in age from 17 years old-22 months old. The house was set up well for the toddler with a high chair and gates. The private pool and closeness to the beach were another plus!!

We made lots of wonderful family memories this week. This beach house is just beautiful and it is so well stocked. It’s obvious that a lot of thought went into every single detail. The decor and the linens and pillows were my favorites. I can’t think of anything that would have made our experience better. It was the best, most blessed week! My grands loved the pool, the cornhole area, and the bike riding on this quiet beach street. The sugar white sand and great fishing on the beach were my son’s fave. The owner’s are the nicest and go out of their way to accommodate their guests! Your family will love this place, too! ??

Great family getaway with perfect beach access. We had a wonderful experience here. Even being the week of July 4 the beach wasn’t crowded. The home was ideal for a large family to gather and relax! It also offers all the amenities you need on vacation. We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and cooling off in the pool after a long day on the beach. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. We definitely recommend and hope to return!

Our family had the best week at the beach staying at this beautiful beach house. We enjoyed mornings on the porch with a great beach view watching dolphins and drinking coffee. A short walk to the beach and it was not crowded at all, even with it being Memorial Day weekend. We practically had the beach to ourselves. There was plenty of parking for family that was in town and came over to enjoy the beach with us. Our family meets up from all over for our family vacation, and parking is not always easy. That was definitely not the case at this house! Karen was very responsive and helpful with any questions or issues we needed help with. The house was well stocked for cooking, comfortable beds, and our kids loved the beach toys and games. I was also very thankful for the baby gate installed on the top deck. Having 2 little ones with us that was such a relief. We are hoping to stay here again in the future! Thanks again for the great hospitality!

The cozy living area hosts two full-size couches and two comfortable accent chairs. Watch movies and football games on the 50" TV. Games and puzzles are available to enjoy a rainy day or night with family and friends. One couch converts to a queen size bed if needed. A half bath is conveniently located in the hall by the stairs with a Laundry Room/ Pantry with a full-size washer and dryer . Additional items such as a crock pot, large stock pot, blender, waffle maker, and air fryer are also available to help make feeding a large crew a breeze!
