What a beautiful, well maintained rental property. Very quiet neighborhood, with just a short walk to the ocean. Inside is lovely decor and very clean. The outside pool and entertainment area is such a relaxing space. The owner was very accomadating and a pleasure to deal with. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We won't hesitate to return to this house and quaint beach town.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at "About Time"! I was excited to find this property and it managed to exceed my expectations! Every little detail was great. For starters, the beach is even closer than it looks in photos and the walk was simple-even with our four small children in tow. We equally loved the private pool and all the outdoor seating made it even more enjoyable. We ate almost every dinner at the upper deck dining table. Our family is the kind that cooks on vacation, and I was pleasantly suprised to find this property equipped with every kitchen appliance and utensil I could have imagined needing! Last, but certainley not least, Kim was a breeze to communicate with and was always both timely and kind in her response! Already plannig a trip back next year.

Description
Ocean View - Private Pool
The second floor has an open concept living, dining, kitchen and includes a half bath. It's very spacious with plenty of room for you and your guest. French doors open up from the main living to a partially covered deck with gulf views and lounge seating. The back covered deck offers ocean and pool views, a charcoal and gas grill, outdoor dining for eight, plus additional conversational seating for lounging.
The kitchen is complete with all the appliances and kitchenware you need for preparing your favorite meals. Custom built farm table seats 8, bar seats 4 and there is an additional table and seating for two.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and plenty of seating for gathering and watching your favorite shows and movies.
There is access to the front covered patio from the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 1. French doors open from both rooms to a patio and a custom built bed swing. Perfect for those long afternoon naps after a day at the beach or fishing.

-Bedroom 1-queen bed and twin trundle bed.

-Shared bathroom with double vanity and combination tub/shower.
For indoor entertainment there are 4 Smart TVs, books, games, puzzles and WI-FI to stay connected.
The saltwater pool is perfect for splashing around or lounging on a float anytime of the day. The outdoor shower has cold and hot water.
As a perk for the fisherman, we have an outdoor cleaning station with running water and rear parking for a boat.
*There are two surveillance cameras on the property. One in front of the house with views of the parking area and one in back of the house with views of the back gate.
Beach Chairs (5), Wagon and Umbrella are provided to guest for beach use.
