Paradise Shores features a fantastic pool deck as the center-point of the complex and comes complete with a separate hot tub and exercise facility. There are also two floors of covered parking garages with an electric car charging space.

For your convenience, there is an outdoor wash station so that you can wash the sand away before entering the complex.  You’ll never find yourself bored here…with the beach, the pool, the hot tub, and the exercise facility. This is the perfect condo in the perfect location of Mexico Beach.

Floor Plan: 1st floor – Living Room with lots of seating including a sectional couch, comfy chair and recliner as well as a large flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player. There is also a sliding glass door that leads onto the gulf view deck. In the living area you’ll also find a large kitchen with bar seating as well as a dining space. There are 3 bedrooms; Bedroom 1 – Master Bedroom with king bed, large flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player, access to the large gulf view deck and Master Bath with double vanities, his/her closets, large garden tub and separate shower. Bedroom 2 – twin beds and large flat screen TV; full bath – shower only and Bedroom 3 – queen bed, flat screen TV and full bath with shower/tub combo.

NOTE: Trailer parking is not allowed on site. Trailers must be parked in the public parking lot just over the bridge leaving Mexico Beach on the right.  Rules and regulations for this parking can be found on The City of Mexico Beach's website.
