Augusta Village 524 is a cozy updated home perfect for your next beach vacation. Augusta Village 524 is one of the few updated vacation homes in the Augusta neighborhood. Comfortable, updated, and in a quiet neighborhood within the resort.

The kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and stainless- steel appliances. It features a Keurig coffee machine along with a standard coffee pot if you prefer both. The kitchen comes fully stocked if you want to cook family meals. Just off the kitchen is the dining room with enough seating around a beautiful glass table overlooking the greenery. The living room features comfortable seating around a flat screen T.V. The two recliner chairs are perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Just off the living room you can exit out to the private screened in porch and enjoy the breeze. A private grilling area is provided and makes cooking a breeze.

The Master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a flat screen T.V. The guest bedroom provides two queen beds overlooking a flat screen T.V. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom that has updated fixtures and lighting.

August Village 524 is in the perfect location. The Village of Baytowne Wharf features dining, shopping, and entertainment for the kids. You can zip over to the beach that also has a restaurant.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

To begin your stay: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.
