Walk into this charming condo in Pilot House, Sandestin, and notice the chic theme we have woven throughout the rooms. The main living area is comfortable as well as functional. You can sink into the couch to watch the game on your flat screen TV, or step out onto the balcony and enjoy the palm trees and resort views. The kitchen comes fully loaded with kitchen and cookware utensils. All appliances are up to date and there is generous counter space both for cooking and for eating. The dining area seats 4 comfortably, and 4 more can sit at the breakfast bar. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: The master bedroom features a king size bed with fine linens, a beautiful tropical palm view, and a private bathroom. IN the private bathroom you will find a walk in shower for those quick rinses after the pool. The Guest bedroom is similarly set up, but it has a bunk bed with a set of fine linens of it's own, and both bedrooms have TV's for some light entertainment before dozing off. Additional guests can be accommodated in the living room, as the couch pulls out into a queen size sleeper. The guest bathroom serves the main living area as well and has a tub/shower combo.

Sandestin is a 2400 acre resort like no other in Florida, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side of the resort fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. If seven miles of waterfront is not enough, the resort offers amenities for every type of person. These amenities include 4 championship golf courses; 14 tennis courts, of which 11 are clay and 4 are lighted for evening play; biking; hiking; fishing; kayaking; boogie boarding; miniature golf; fabulous restaurants; unique shopping; and an array of additional activities await you. The Sandestin Tram makes it easy to get around, no need for a car! The beach is approximately 1.65 miles from your doorstep.

We also provide a starter amenity package, which includes: lovely Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible to supply their own amenities once our initial amenity package is depleted.

Our Clean Initiative:

Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. This multi-purpose neutral PH, germicidal detergent and deodorant is effective on a wide variety of pathogens. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines.

In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces. This includes not only table and countertops but all dressers, nightstands, door knobs, cabinet pulls, remote controls, etc. Literally anything that a previous renter would come into contact with. Clorox is an effective and EPA approved combatant, these pre-soaked wipes need only four minutes of contact to neutralize the Coronavirus. We use Lysol Disinfectant Spray for fabric surfaces (upholstery), which is guaranteed to eliminate the virus within 10 minutes. These products are CDC and EPA approved for use against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19.

Please note, in addition to the nightly rate, there is a $199 Departure Clean, $75 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $60 Administrative Fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler’s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.
