Payment of the applicable 25% Rental Deposit amount together with a completed Guest Reservation Application must be received and approved by Skis and Seas Vacation Rentals before a confirmation will be issued. Final payment must be received at least thirty (35) days prior to guest arrival (or immediately if booked less than thirty (35) days in advance of guest arrival).

We had an incredible time staying at this condo! It was very spacious, all the furniture was clean and new both in the bedrooms and living room, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we enjoyed being able to cook a few nights of the week we stayed. It was nice being so close to the pool and having the boardwalk entrance to the beach literally next door to our unit. There was plenty of dining and night life all within a five minute drive from the condo's parking lot. Every person in our group was sad that we had to leave and we would certainly return any time!

We had a great time at this condo. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a 2 year old and 4 month old. Would have been nice to stay longer! Great easy access to the beach- the condo sits on the same level as the boardwalk to the beach and is right next to the door. Close to the Hilton for my husband's conference too- very short walking distance either by road or beach. Enjoyed running with the double jogger to baytown wharf as well. Lot's of little spots to explore along the way. Lots to entertain my 2 year old as well.

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at Beachside One. The condo's location is so convienitent to the pool and beach that you can easliy go back and forth several times without any hastle (vs taking an elevator to a room on a higher floor). Lots of room in the condo for a family of 5 and it even had beach chairs and umbrellas in the closet to use at the beach so we didnt have to bring our own or buy any while visiting.

We've always loved Beachside One of Sandestin Resort, and this unit exceeded our expectations! The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare snacks and meals constantly for teenagers and is in the most convenient location ever - RIGHT NEXT TO the stairs to the parking lot, the elevator AND the boardwalk. The balcony is very spacious and was comfortable for all of us during rainy times. The living room, kitchen and master bedroom were also very roomy. Can't imagine a better location or unit!!
