Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

My wife and I recently booked a one-week stay at Beachside 2 through Gibson Beach Rentals. Everyone we dealt with at Gibson was a joy to work with. We couldn't be happier with the easy check in/check out procedures and the courtesy and professionalism of their staff. The unit was also exceptional. We had one little hiccup with a leaking paint can in a storage closet, which was promptly cleaned up after we reported it. We would definitely stay at this property again, and would rent through Gibson.

Resort and condo was quiet, private, secure and grounds and facilities are great. Packed on beach, but condo was quiet, beautiful, open space, easy to come in and out. We have stayed in many condos in area, this one is very well done, well kept and decor is updated and pleasing.

This unit was great for our family. We had two adults, two 17 year old boys, and a 5 year old. The ability to get out to the beach easily was very nice. The beach did get a little crowded from the guests bayside coming over, but if you are willing to go up the beach some on the Sandestin property it gets a little bit better. The boys liked being able to take the tram over to Baytowne in the evenings. The activities there were nice for the family. It was a good way to unwind from a long day in the sun! Gibson Beach Rentals was very good at communicating with us. They were prompt to let us know it was available early, and they were also available in the office during the day to answer any questions we had about the property.
We're so thrilled your family had such a great time on your well-deserved vacation. The beach can get pretty busy during peak season... the Emerald Coast is a popular place to enjoy amazing beaches. Great unit, beachside, with a kids bedroom that sleeps up to 4 comfortably! A few minor snags (bulb out etc) but we were blown away by the responsiveness from Gibson, they went above and beyond on communication & resolution.

Very cute updated condo, perfect for our group. We had a great bachelorette weekend. It was nice there were extra beach chairs in the condo, the beach was packed so my recommendation would be to set your stuff up early!
Congrats to the future bride! We're so happy you all had such a great time, we're honored you chose to spend your time on the Emerald Coast with GBR. It's true, we are still quite busy in September, the warm water and sunshine abound, calling to people everywhere.

I loved most everything about this unit and it's location. It's close to the elevator from the parking garage so getting in and out with bags was fast. There was always a close parking spot and the unit was on the 4th level so it was quick to get to and had a good view. It was a very short walk to the beachwalk and I could see our chair/umbrella rental from the balcony of the condo. I also used the condo's chair and umbrella for my kids. My children loved the bunk beds and I loved that they had their own bathroom. The only thing that was 100% to my satisfaction was the master bed comfort. But I would definitely recommend this unit and I would return to this unit and most definitely to this building and/or another GBR property!!

We just spent 6 days/5 nights in this condo & it was perfect! Condo is exactly as shown in the pics. Very spacious for a 2bdrm/2bath. Great view of the beach! The 2nd bedroom had plenty of space for us to set up our pack n' play for our 18 month old. It was nice & quiet during our stay, either we didn't have any neighbors during our stay or it's nicely insulated & couldn't hear any! The kitchen has a plethora of plates, bowls, silver ware, pans, glasses, everything you need! We really really enjoyed our stay here!

This was a perfect unit for our family of five. Plenty of space and very clean. Ocean view was a huge bonus. I had plenty of space on the deck to workout in the mornings to the sound of the ocean waves. We watched dolphins 2 of our mornings. Dining table seats 6 comfortably. This was our 2nd vacation in Sandestin. Great resort for families - plenty to do and safe. The only set back - lots of construction in Sandestin.
