Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

My wonderful inlaws planned a family vacation to celebrate their 50th anniversary. Beachside II was the perfect destination! From age 70 to 2, our family of 8 had the best week EVER! Our unit comfortably slept all 6 of us, while my inlaws stayed in a different unit. We started each day with a beach walk to watch the sunrise. BB and Pops had a different variety of kid company every morning as some slept in while others woke up ready to go! Then a quick breakfast in our spacious and well stocked kitchen...a real gift on the beach! Daily play in the ocean was just steps away...and the pool was a refreshing transition back into the condo for lunch. We hosted nightly dinners in our unit, as our 6 top table gave us the opportunity to gather all 8 of us around the table together for a family meal of shrimp, crab legs, gumbo from "Shrimpy's" (already prepared perfectly). then grabbed flashlights and went crab hunting before bed. So fun!! the guys cooked streetctacos for us one night. And pizza one. My inlaws treated us to a trip to the gulf-atrium, where my 4 kiddos LOVED seeing the dolphin show and other marine life up close. Fudpuckers is a family favorite lunch spot. And you MUST go to the donut hole for breakfast! The girls went shopping at the outlet mall one afternoon. And we grabbed the Tram and rode over to Bayside one evening for a late dinner and walk down to the boat dock. Spectacular trip of a lifetime with family memories never to be forgotten! This unit was perfect! Beautiful sunset view from the balcony can't be beat! Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful and well maintained condo!

We are previous guests of Gibson, and have been annually visiting Sandestin for nearly 3 decades. Gibson continues to improve their service every year! The app is simplistic and makes check-in/out a breeze. In regard to this unit specifically, it was spotless and well equipped. While the West Indies decor is not my personal favorite, it was tasteful and comfortable. In my opinion, Beachside II is simply THE BEST for ocean views and layout options, especially with the updates done to the balconies in recent years. Keep up the good work, Gibson! Same time next year :)

This was the perfect condo. From inquiring about and receiving information to check in and check out procedures, Gibson was there. The unit was immaculate and in a perfect location. Wi-Fi was good and everything we needed was there. We couldn't believe how quiet it was. I almost cried when we left. If we had the money, we'd try to buy it. This was our third visit to the area but I finally feel I've discovered our "home away from home."

The condo was just as beautiful in person, as it is in the pictures. Outstanding views. The patio is not over the pool, so it's quiet and peaceful in the evenings. The master bedroom was very warm and cozy; loved the warm colors. Very clean, we would definitely stay there again. The huge soaking tub in the master bathroom was a nice surprise. Everything was perfect.

The condo is very clean !!wonderful location!!! wonderful views definitely were spending more money on !! We came on spring break two is very very busy elevators took forever ! If you plan on cooking it had horrible kitchen knives !!
The master bedroom king size bed was not comfortable for me and that's due to the springs and I'm not used to that felt like it needed to be replaced my husband liked it . Go figure !!A little tricky with all their codes theirs a code to get to the beach !!they have a code to drive to the property and you have to have a code to get into your room!!
We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us yet again. You did travel during the busiest week of the Spring, but we are happy to hear your stay was fun and you loved those gorgeous Gulf views! Mattresses are such a hard fit for everyone as some like soft, hard, fluffy, etc. As you pointed out, even your husband enjoyed it! Hopefully you were able to sleep well and relaxed while away from busy home life. We hope you enjoyed using our easy-to-use app which makes keeping up with your codes and passwords super convenient. No keys, no check-in, it's all easy here for our GBR guests! We hope to see you again soon, maybe when it's a little less crowded!

Beachside II overlooks the Gulf and you get a magnificent view of the sun coming up in the morning when you are at the beach and a magnificent view of the sun going down in the evening from the balcony

Right when you walk in, you will fall in love with the gorgeous gulf views from your kitchen and living room. To your right, you will find your fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Your large dining room table comfortably seats six, with two more spaces at the Kitchen bar, making it ideal for dinners in with the family. Plenty of seating is available in the living room, which has a sofa sleeper for extra guests. The large flat screen TV and credenza are perfect for following your favorite sports team. Your private balcony is wonderful place to catch the sunsets each night. You’ll have access to the balcony from both the living room and master bedroom which hosts a comfortable King-size bed. Your private bath has a double-sink vanity area, huge closet space, and glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Your guest bedroom sleeps four in twin bunks and a Queen bed. You’ll have access to the second bathroom with a vanity space, bathtub, and toilet through the bedroom or living room. Just outside of the bathroom, you’ll find a washer and dryer for your personal use.
