Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

We have vacationed in Destin for 6 years and I must say this condo has been one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Bravo to the cleaning service! The view was awesome and is located on the 3rd floor. The elevator(not busy at all) is 10 steps away from your front door and is not the same elevator used by 90% of the condos so you will never be bugged by foot traffic. We called this our private elevator. I would book this again next year!

We had a great time. The only issue we had was the dryer wouldn't work and could not be fixed during our stay. It is a beautiful place and we really enjoyed the resort. We definitely will be coming back.

The grounds are beautiful, the condo was large and well furnished. Tennis courts are set up for pickle ball instead of tennis. Tennis raquet stayed in the car. Pool was not heated - swimming goggles for lap swimming stayed in the bag.Excessive contractor noise from just below us. Beautiful veiw, great condo, extremely cold weather.
Cecil we absolutely wish January at the beach had been better to you! We appreciate your review and definitely apologize for the bitter cold and the pool heater having mechanical issues. It has since been repaired. Unfortunately, the winter season is prime time for owners to upgrade and renovate their units. We're so sorry for the excessive noise but unfortunately that's how progress is made. Hopefully next year will be warmer and have loads more sunshine for you!

4226 was very clean and offered a great view and a great location- was concerned with the negative comments previously about the master bed but the agency assured me the bed had been upgraded and it was! We were very impressed!

We enjoyed our first stay to Sandestin. We liked this condo there is an elevator right outside the door and goes to the parking garage, much faster than the main elevators. We were on the 3rd floor. Our Bedroom view for this unit was blocked somewhat by palm trees but the patio had a great view. The A/C was cold, great kitchen, bathrooms, cable tv and internet were all fine. Great beach access and pool with a 9 1/2 ft deep end!!!

Awesome. Even stayed an extra day. Property was as described. Very convenient to the beach. Views from living and bedroom awesome. Twin beds in spare bedroom. Kids wished Beachside II exercise room had better equipment. Will stay again! PS-have mosquito spray if planning to sit on deck at night

The unit was very clean with plenty of room and comfortable. Perfect view, and steps from a never used elevator. You are right by the rental booth for umbrella and chairs as you go out to the beach. We will be back for sure!

sofa nd chairs very soft, need at least one firm sitting piece for people that cant sit on soft surfaces due to back issues.

Sit in your beach chair in front of this Gulf/beach front condo for a week!
Upon entering the condo, you will be greeted with warm, earthy tones and the gulf right outside your door. Immediately to your right is the updated and fully stocked kitchen with bright countertops, tile backsplash, cabinetry and appliances - everything you need to feel right at home! From the kitchen you can see straight through the living area to the gulf off your private, spacious balcony. The living area has been freshly updated with ample seating for the family with a nice, big HD TV. The master suite has a luxurious king-size bed and magnificent picture windows with great views of the gulf. Your private master bathroom has a vanity area, huge closet, and tub. Your guest bedroom has two twin-size beds and access to the second bathroom with a walk-in shower. The unit has new flooring throughout, and there's a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. We provide you with your bed and bath linens, so remember to bring your beach towels!
