Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

Our experience at Beachside 4231 was better than expected. From the size of the room, the furniture, the views, the hospitality, the east access, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The staff made everything so easy for us and this trip has made Destin an annual trip for us!

Very nice experience if it had not been for the red tide. We would have re-scheculed if we would have been aware it was in the area.
We are terribly sorry about the unfortunate weather related phenomenon. Of course, we would also absolutely prefer it to not happen. Thankfully our beaches were only visited by red tide and not the hurricane, we count ourselves very lucky. Hopefully you were able to enjoy some of the many other fun activities the area has to offer while you were here. We hope to have you back during better tide conditions soon.

This condo has AMAZING views! We loved that we could see the beach from every part of the condo. The customer service was awesome! I loved the fact that we were called to let us know our condo was ready and we could check in early if we wanted to.

We enjoyed our stay. The management company goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and quickly handles any issues that might arise. The fireworks are right on the beach outside the condo. We watched from our balcony.

Our family had such a great time. Having the kitchen was a huge money saver and we loved being able to sit on the balcony after the kids went to sleep. Lots of space to spread out in throughout the unit. Amazing 180 degree views!

Fantastic condo, views are amazing. Condo could definitely use some maintenance. Door to laundry room about to fall off hinges, dishwasher top shelf falling down, will barely hold dishes on it, and shower floor is slick, dangerous esp. for older people.

Accommodations were fine. The shower/tub did not drain well, so you stood in water. View of beach was beautiful. However, there was public beach ramps on either side of the condo. I have never seen so many people. Even the public beach acces folks could rent the umbrellas and chairs, so those were 4 & 5 rows deep with people. Then add in all of the other beach chairs and various things the public beachers brought, and it was CROWDED. Overall, the condo is in a beautiful location. Decorated nicely. Great parking. Does not include beach chair rental or beach towels, where other condos do, but they do provide chairs you can take down to the beach.
We're so sorry Dana! Unfortunately, a busy beach is customary for Spring Break in Destin, FL. All of our beaches along the coast (even down to PCB and Westwards) have beach chair rentals that seem to have "taken over." The good thing though is that normally, if you get out there early, you can setup shop wherever you like! We have seen many people get front row. GBR has nothing to do with those vendors, but maybe it's worth the tip for next time. Our apologies for the tub drain, we have taken care of that and would have been happy to do so while you were here, give us a call next time.

This unit has floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides and the views are spectacular! This condo is one of the largest one bedroom layouts in the building, and sits at the perfect vantage point for keeping an eye on the kids at the pool, watching/listening to the band at Elephant Walk, or enjoying the amazing sunsets over the gulf. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with sleek, granite countertops and new appliances -you will have everything you need to feel right at home. The breakfast bar with two barstools is perfect for grabbing a quick bite on the way to a sun-filled day. Your dining room table comfortably seats six with up to four extra chairs available! The cozy living room boasts a new flat screen TV (2013) and unforgettable views. The master bedroom also has floor-to-ceiling windows and a luxurious king-size bed. The sofa sleeper in the living area allow this unit to comfortably sleep four. A washer and dryer are available in the condo for your use. We provide your basic bed and bath linens, but remember to bring your beach towels from home!
