AHHH! The amazing baking powder white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast of Destin! This gorgeous one bedroom, one bath unit is on the 15 th floor of Beachside Two at the ®Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
Because it is a very sought after corner unit, it provides breathtaking views of BOTH the Gulf and the Bay. On a clear day, you can watch the dolphins run from your balcony. In the evening, you can enjoy amazing sunsets because of the Western exposure!!
The glass elevator will whisk you to the 15 th floor while you get an amazing view of the beach. It is just a short walk from the elevator to the unit, and utility carts are available to help you with your belongings.
Our kitchen has custom cabinets with granite counter tops and full size stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has everything you need to make your short or long term stay with us comfortable. The dining area will seat four people. We have a washer and dryer inside the unit.
We have provided beach umbrellas and chairs in the unit complementary for your personal use, or you may purchase a beach umbrella and chair setup from ®Sandestin's Beach Rental shack right on the beach using a credit card. You may rent kayaks, and other miscellaneous beach water craft as well.
The living room has a 50'' SMART HDTV, and the leather sofabed in the living room is a queen which sleeps 2. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, along with a 40" SMART HDTV
Free WI-FI is available in the unit.
The building sits directly on the beach for awesome all day and night views! Just walk out of the beach walkover gate right onto the sand. Enjoy a nice grilled lunch and drinks at the Beach Bar just steps away from Beachside gate, or keep walking east to the Beach House restaurant right next door, or further on down to the Barefoot Beach Bar at the Hilton. Gas Bar-B-Que Grills are available on site for your cooking enjoyment as well.
The pool looks right on to the gulf as well, and is heated seasonally.
24x7 Security is provided for the safety of your vacation experience. Parking is available either covered on the 1st floor or uncovered on the Lobby level. There are restrooms near the pool outside as well as restrooms inside on the lobby level. The building is secured by gates and building lock codes to assure you have a comfortable and safe vacation.
Linens and towels for the room are provided for you, and the unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure by professionals. Just BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS and sunscreen.
Use the FREE Sand Tram shuttle, which we are happy to include with your rental, to take you anywhere on the resort, including the Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Grand Boulevard.
The Village teems with shopping, dining, and entertainment for children and adults. The choices of restaurants abound. In season, music plays every night in the square or the Village night club or the Rum Runners, dueling piano bar.
Special Golf rates are available during the winter months if you join the Snowbird club, just ask at any of the golf courses on the property. Three golf courses are available year round. Just call for rates and tee times once you arrive.
We also now have Pickle Ball. Several types of courts are available and reservations are made through the Tennis Center.
There is something for everyone at this magnificent 2,400 acre property, including: sugar white sand beaches, full service beach services, golf for every level of play, a top rated tennis club, water sports, marina, fitness center, spa, biking and walking trails and even our own pedestrian Village, with shopping, dining, events, and entertainment.
We require a $200 confirmation/damage deposit ($300 for extended stays and Snowbird season) which must be received within 7 days of booking to reserve the unit, and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival or we can meet you for short notice arrivals.Cleaning is $135 additional except for snowbirds, which is $300 departure clean.
There are no keys to mail, very convenient. We can accept Paypal payments, Venmo, Zelle or personal checks. Credit cards are also accepted through the booking company. A credit card may be used with the addition of 4% for Amex and 3% for all others. Our Rental Manager is on property to attend to your needs and concerns.
A lease must be signed indicating Lessee is 25 or over. . Arrival Documents will be emailed to you once final payment is received.
We have a 3 night minimum stay. Peak season confirmation for less than 7 nights during June and July will be considered within 60 days of arrival on an individual basis. This leaves dates on each side of the weekend available for guests with longer vacation plans
You will have free tram transportation throughout the resort. Identification and routes will be in each unit for you to use during your stay.
This unit is a NON SMOKING unit, and guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent. No rental guest pets are allowed per condo regulations, and we can make no exceptions.

Cancellation policy: a $100 cancellation penalty may be taken if the unit is canceled before final payment. After final payment has been made you will forfeit the deposit if the unit cannot be re-rented for the same dates. We will make every effort to rent those dates for you, but in the event it is not booked, you will forfeit your deposit. There are no refunds for early departure for any reason. See Storm policy below.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a 'Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area' and / or
2. A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period
