This property is situated in an ideal location. With a relaxing view of the golf course and only a short walk away from the pool, we were very pleased. The golf cart made trips to the beach a breeze, as well as trips to the grocery store, the movies, and Menchies and a few other restaurants!
The owners are very responsive and made us feel welcomed in their home.

This beautiful townhome was a perfect vacation spot for our family of five (two 15 yo boys and one 12 yo boy). The view from the deck of the 6th hole in the golf course and a pond was relaxing. The golf cart fit all of us and made travel around the resort a lot more fun for all then a car. Early morning golf cart rides to Starbucks and then under route 98 to walk on the beach was an almost daily routine. Thanks for the memories!

You could not ask for a better host than Mark! His place is so quaint and nice and the golf kart is a major plus. My family had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

This is the 3rd year we have stayed here! Wonderful location and golf course front! Beautifully decorated and fully furnished! Enjoyed the 6 person golf cart - our grandson loved riding on it for his "golfcart milk" ride before bedtime! Highly recomend staying here!

We stayed at this property for a week, and had a wonderful time! Beautifully decorated and outfitted with anything and everything you could need. The golf cart was a huge perk. You can ride right to the beach access, to multiple restaurants and shopping centers, even to Publix. The pool is right around the corner from the unit. We would recommend to anyone considering this area!

Our beautifully decorated townhome will be the perfect spot for your family beach vacation. Three bedrooms, each with its own bath, large living room with 60' HDTV/BOSE sound system, and a full kitchen make this a great home away from home. Two Kings, a double and a twin bed, and a rollaway bed sleep 8 easily.
Hop on our six seat golf cart to get to the pool, beach, restaurants, grocery store, liquor store,retail shopping, and you never have to get in your car should you choose not to do so.
Silver Sands Outlet mall is just minutes by car, as are all of the many family friendly amusements in Destin.
