The Island Oasis is a new luxury 8 bedroom, 8 bath private home that sleeps up to 28! When you first walk in the front door it opens up to a grand space with 12 foot ceilings and an open concept layout of the kitchen, dining, and living room.  This is a 3-story home that features brand-new, modern coastal decor and too many features to list! There is a large and private, resort style, saltwater pool in the backyard, and also a hot tub! The home is located in Gulf Pines in Miramar Beach, FL where it  is tucked away from the crowds and noise of many neighborhoods. There is a large, private, designated beach access for you inside the community that has the feeling of unspoiled and less crowded beaches. Take the 6-passenger golf cart to the beach to tote passengers and beach gear!  This community is located off of Highway 98, very close to the popular Whale’s Tale and Pompano Joe’s restaurants, and San Destin Area. The Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, (home to 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores), is just half a mile away. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless restaurants, a Winn-Dixie, gas station, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and much more!

1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This incredibly large kitchen extends into the dining room and has everything you need to entertain your group with modern high-end appliances. It includes an extra large refrigerator, two prep sinks, double drawer dishwasher, gas stove with griddle extension, two ovens and a separate ice maker, as well as all the normal cookware and utensils that you will need. The beautiful oversized island has seating for six.

DINING ROOM: The spacious dining room is on the left-hand when you walk through the door. The large elegant table seats 12 people. 

LIVING ROOM:The living room is on the right-hand side and has a large sectional, several other seating options and a large flat screen tv. 

BEDROOM #1 + BATHROOM #1:  This bedroom is located off of the living room and has a king size bed, 2 night stands, and flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom that is quite large and stunning. It includes a double sink vanity, stand-up shower with a rain head faucet, and also a stand-alone bathtub. 

BATHROOM (HALF BATH) #7: This is a beautiful and stylish half bath, located off of the living room. 

LAUNDRY: The laundry is located on the first floor, near the back door. It includes a full size washer and dryer.

BACK  PATIO & OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: When you are not at the beach, you will most likely be in the back yard around or in the oversized 18 x 35-foot pool featuring a built-in overflow spa and swim-up tanning ledge. There’s seating for 8 to cook a meal in the summer kitchen with a commercial ice maker, grill and wet bar. Abundant sunlight streams down all afternoon with the southwest exposure. Chaise lounges are lined up around the deck for sunbathing. The large lot in the rear is over 100 feet deep and landscaped with plants for privacy! 

BATHROOM #8: On the first floor outdoor covered porch is a full bathroom with a stand up shower! Perfect for rinsing off after the beach!



2ND FLOOR:



LIVING/ARCADE & BUNK AREA:  Right at the top of the stairs it opens up to another living space. In this space there is some cozy seating, two separate areas with flat screens, a bar, an arcade, and also 1 full-over-full bunk bed. The bar has a mini fridge and a Keurig. 

BALCONY: Located off the living space is a very large balcony that runs the length of the back of the home, overlooking the backyard space.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Past the living space and to the right is this bedroom. It includes a king size bed, two nightstands, and a flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom with a double sink and stand-up shower. 

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3:Walk through the living space to get to bedroom #3. It includes a king size bed, two nightstands, and a flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom with a single sink vanity and stand-up shower. 

BEDROOM + BATHROOM  #4: Through the living space and to the far right is this bedroom. It includes a king size bed, two nightstands, and a flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom with a double sink and stand-up shower. This bedroom also has access to the large balcony described above. 

BEDROOM(BUNK ROOM) #5: This bedroom is near bedroom #2, through the living space. It includes a custom-built, queen-over-queen bunk bed. There are also two flat screens, one inside each bunk. 



3RD FLOOR: 



BEDROOM(BUNK ROOM) #6: At the top of the stairs is another bunk space. It has a custom-built, full-over-full bunk bed and two flat screens, one in each bunk space. This space also has another small bar with another mini-fridge.

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar. 

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events  are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
