The ambiance at Summerhaven 4 is definitely laid back and modern amenities as well as cozy comforts provide a wonderful rest at the beach. Since it is right on the water, the views across the jewel toned glistening gulf extend as far as you can see. You are just a few steps away from taking a refreshing plunge in the sparkling water that lies just beyond your back door. Besides the sensational views, the soothing sound of the surf and smell of the salt air invigorates one's spirit. 

The layout of Summer Haven 4 is unique, and features sleeping arrangements on the bottom and third floors with the main living area nestled in between on the second floor. This makes the home hospitable for separate families or generations of guests who may be sharing this space. The entire first floor encompasses the beachfront custom built bunk room. Stroll out the sliding glass doors that lead to the sun deck overlooking the glistening gulf. Outdoor cushioned wicker furniture allows you to enjoy these sights with your favorite tropical drink with a convenient Wet Bar just inside. Relax and get the best night's sleep on the two sets of custom built full/full bunks and twin bunk beds nestled nearby provide ample sleeping quarters, there's also a sleeper sofa for 2. The full bathroom has a large walk-in shower with glass doors and double vanities.

Upstairs the open living area has plush furnishings with pleasing coastal shades of blue that provides a fine compliment to the beautiful brand new flooring. Guests will find a love seat and a couch that also serves as another queen sized sleeper sofa! Panoramic sliding glass doors lead out onto the open upper level sundeck that has a table with chairs for surf side dining. Inside, a glass topped table with six bamboo frame chairs and four bar stools nearby provide additional dining space. The sleek granite countertop bar faces the remodeled kitchen providing a perfect place to serve seafood appetizers and tropical drinks.

On the third level, sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with private baths. The spacious Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and a wall of windows providing full views of the dazzling gulf. The second bedroom on this floor has a king sized bed and both rooms have flat screen TVs with décor completed with charming and tranquil furnishings.

The excellent location of Summerhaven places you just minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, a choice of golf, tennis or water sports!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
*This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months. *No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.
*Weddings/Events– Are not permitted at this home per HOA rules and regulations.
*Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*

Beach Chair Service- Complimentary Chairs through La Dolce Vita are available through October 31 annually! This includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM.

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering.
