We had amazing time at this property. The pictures don't do it justice! Tony was extremly responsive and had the best communication I have ever had with a property manager/ owner. We loved the location, the peaceful neighborhood and all that Villa Lago has to offer. We will definitely be back .

The property was beautiful and very clean... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort is a beautiful area and so much to do. The owner was extremrly nice and very prompt in response time. I had to text him before we arrived and he was so courteous. I will stay again as I very comfortable there.

A great place. 3 bedrooms each with full bathroom and an extra full bath downstairs. Kids will love not having to share - ours sure did! Location great and golf cart access to beach and shops with ease. We will return - for longer than 5 nights next time. Host was fantastic and responded immediately to any inquiries- kudos to Tony!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Enjoyed the convenience of having access to a golf cart to get around the resort and enjoy the many activities, restaurants and beach. Tony, the owner was super helpful with recommendations and suggestions and answered every call or text I had in a timely fashion. Beautiful well stocked home even included some beach chairs, towels and a bicycle. Nearby ponds to fish. Swimming pools. Publix grocery store also nearby and accessible via golf cart! Tip: study resort layout ahead of time. The place is a bit of a maze and very confusing on day#1. The gate guards are very helpful and will tell you how to reach the beach via underground tunnel to bypass busy roadway. Enjoy a gem of a VRBO property and owner!!!

I just returned from an amazing 5 day getaway with my mother to Sandestin. Tony’s home offered everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay and have one of the best trips ever! It was impeccably clean, perfectly appointed and located in the most beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous grounds surrounding the property.
He included everything you would possibly need to enjoy the perfect beach trip. The garage was fully supplied with bikes, chairs, towels and a new golf cart that made going to the beach and enjoying a relaxing evening drive and trip to the Wharf even better!
Each morning we enjoyed our coffee relaxing on the back patio watching the fountains in the pond! It was so convenient having everything nearby and easily accessible. The walking trails and paths made for a perfect way to start your day off right!
Tony was very attentive throughout the entire booking process and even throughout our stay until the day we departed. . He was quick to respond, offered helpful tips and recommendations and was very accommodating and genuinely glad to have you as a guest in his beautiful home!
We left fully relaxed, renewed, and are looking forward to our next stay! We only wish we could have stayed longer!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and everything was great! We can’t wait to come back again. Tony is the best. He makes you feel so welcomed and goes out of his way to ensure you are all set. We felt everything was very clean and well looked after which is super important to us traveling in times like this with our young son. The location is so convenient to everything... the beach, golf courses my husband loves, long walks, shops, restaurants, and other fun. We even ventured out to the Gulf Breeze Zoo this trip which was worth it.

The property was clean, comfortable, and had felt like home. We stayed in the same home in Villa Lago for years, and developed a great relationship with the owner, but a few years ago it was no longer available. We tried many other homes, but were never satisfied and terribly disappointed. We finally found the home we will return to now. Tony makes the process so easy, which is what we were used to. Dealing direct with the owner is so much better than a property mgmt company. He was very responsive and attentive to any and all questions we had. The home has everything you could possibly need. Great experience. Look forward to making it our new vacation home in Villa Lago.

This house is exactly as advertised (if not better!). The location was great, especially with the golf cart. We truly only needed our car once! Tony was beyond helpful and responsive to anything we needed or asked! We would definitely stay here again!

Very good location and with the golf cart and the bikes You don't need your car at all.

Wonderful home. We were extremely pleased with how clean and well appointed the home was. Tony has included everything you need for a beach vacation. The golf cart made getting around super easy and convenient. We never needed our car. Tony was also very responsive to any questions prior to our trip. We would definitely return.

Highly recommend! This was the nicest HomeAway we have rented yet and we rent 1-2 properties each year. Everything in this place was immaculate and more spacious than the pictures show. It may even leave with some home decor inspiration like it did for us! The location was great with its close proximity to the pool (3 doors down), The Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Sandestin golf courses. The golf cart just made everything even more fun. Tony is awesome! He is responsive and will make sure you have everything you need.

Great property /very comfortable /very clean with everything you need. I could have used a map of property to make getting around a little easier. Also would be nice to have pool bathroom entry code. All in All we really enjoyed it. Will try to plan a return trip .

You can also go to the beach by golf cart as well. An amazing place and experience worth the time and cost.
