Final payment must be received at least thirty (35) days prior to guest arrival (or immediately if booked less than thirty (35) days in advance of guest arrival).

The Westwinds property was an ideal location in the Sandestin resort. I stayed with young children (2&3) and my parents for a long weekend and we had an amazing time. I've been traveling to Sandestin annually for a decade now and staying a different properties based on the nature of the trip. Prior to kids, I stayed on the Baytowne side. With large groups of friends, we stayed in homes. As a couple, we stayed in numerous hotels. I really enjoy the resort and all it has to offer! Good rental owner First about the unit, located on a lower level on an end, it was nice, quiet and private. Access to parking, building and unit are managed by codes which are provided by Marcella in a timely manner prior to the trip (this was nice because you don't have to remember keys).This building has a parking deck so there are plenty of spaces on 2 levels, one of which are covered for those rainy days. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing, serving and dining. The accommodations were comfortable for a group of ~4 people (the pictures are pretty accurate) with dining table for 4, stools for the kitchen counter and a couch (that folds out into a bed). We got a decent view of the beach and pool area from the balcony which is also furnished with chairs to sit around and listen to the waves. There are a few community pools (for which you require a bracelet which is provided in this unit): a hot tub, a large nice kiddie pool and a heated outdoor pool (no inside pools). The bathrooms as a whole were nice and roomy with a good amount of counter-space for my items. The tubs was small, but it was fine for my little ones. Fortunately, this unit provides wifi, so I was able to bring my laptop and work for a few hours as needed. Since it's right on the beach, the whole unit has tiled floors. This unit comes with bracelets for the tram service which was convenient (but not exactly timely...waited at least 20 min for the tram each way). Next, for the area, Sandestin has a lot to offer (I'll focus this part of review for the kids) including but not limited to: beach, swimming, dining, mini-golf, walking trails/sidewalks, marina etc. We really enjoy the soft white clean sands of the beach. Since it's located in the panhandle, the waves were not big so we jumped them with my little ones. They also enjoyed the very nice kiddie pool and heated pool by the building. One of their favorite activities were feeding fish in Baytowne wharf and walking the pier to see all the boat.

My family loves Sandestin. We visit twice a year. The Westwinds building is our building of choice because it has the best amenities, most modern appointments, largest heated pool, food and beverage cabana "in season" and 2 parking decks for quick parking. This particular condo was well appointed, clean and listed at a great winter rate. I will be scheduling another vacation in this unit soon.

Perfect paradise location! Gulf view from balcony was beautiful! Located right on the beach, in Sandestin Resorts. Close to boardwalks, Baytowne Warf, shopping and an abundance of fabulous restaurants. Condo was very clean & service/reservations with Marcella was exceptional. Cant wait to return to Destin again!

Ariel Dunes is a non-smoking building. This includes the balconies. There is a designated smoking area downstairs, but smoking is not allowed in hallways, stairwell, balcony or unit. The association has cameras in the common areas and fine $100 per incident.
Our vacation home is on the 6th floor and is furnished with many upgrades throughout. Once you stay in our unit, when it comes time to leave, you already are planning you next trip back.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. This room includes a private vanity and toilet and access to the full bathroom which is also accessed from the hallway
The two built-in bunk beds with memory foam mattresses are sure to keep the kids deep asleep after a long day at the beach, and we also have a sleeper sofa.
The unit also includes a Samsung high efficiency washer and dryer.
Ariel Dunes is a brand new 24 story tower that has two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains with large deck areas and plush landscaping. As an added benefit, one of the pools is heated. Great for the little ones is the zero entry level pool with the “Mushroom Fountain.”

The resort area features an affordable 18-hole championship golf course, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, several fresh water lakes, beach service, water sports rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

PARKING:
Seascape Resort charges a parking fee of $15 per vehicle per stay shorter than 45 days. Included in the reservation is 1 parking pass. If you need a different amount of parking passes please let us know immediately, so we can adjust the charge accordingly. We will mail out the amount of paid parking passes once the final payment has been made.
