Koastal Kove , Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This beach rental was great! It had everything we needed- awesome views of the beach, plenty of space, and so many activities near! Would definitely go back !

Stayed at Koastal Kove for a week on my spring break with my two roommates and it was amazing! There was lots of room in the condo for us with great views of the beach from the balcony. It was a beautiful place to relax. The guide book was super helpful as well when looking for food places. I really enjoyed the coffee recommendations :)

This was our 6th winter as snowbirds in unit 602. We love the location which is close to several restaurants (one in condo with live music nightly) and shopping. Beautiful views of the gulf from the over sized balcony where we spot dolphins every year. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Great amenities in the resort, something for everyone! Krista is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. We look forward to returning every year!

Place was great. Only two of us but plenty of room for more (next time!). Great location for venue, beach and sun. Spent plenty of time at the heated pool too. Can’t wait to go back!

Our family of 5 had the best stay at Krista’s condo. Communication was great and the unit is perfect. Very clean and updated and the balcony view is beautiful. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the kids loved the pools. We also brought our pickle ball gear and player a couple mornings and the courts were well maintained. Seascape is very centrally located and we enjoyed dining in Miramar Beach and Destin. Also close to shopping including Grand Boulevard. We had the best vacation and look forward to returning!

Krista was very friendly and very quick in responding. The condo was beautiful, just as pictured! Great location, short walk to the beach, great view from the balcony. The beach chairs and umbrella was great to have. Also, she had sand toys, boogie boards and the games inside which was all extras and awesome to have. Easy check-in and out. The pools was amazing, we just wished they stayed open longer than 9 pm. We will definitely stay again in the future.

We can’t ask for more …. It has everything you need to have wonderful vacations.

We had a great time in Miramar beach! The property was perfect for our family. Krista was so responsive to my questions and willing to help with anything. The property was beautiful and updated with a great view of the gulf. Thanks you for helping make our stay great!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying at this condo! Plenty of room for all of us. Perfect location to beach with a balcony view of the ocean! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close walk/drive to restaurants and local coffee shops. We enjoyed the pickleball courts. The boys loved the bunk room and PS4 (great for cold days). Host was very responsive. Will recommend to my friends!!

Highly recommend this place! My wife and I had a wonderful vacation! Breathtaking views, comfy beds, check-in was easy, minutes to beach! Close to restaurants. Host was very nice and helpful! Can't wait to visit again!

We loved the condo! Short walk to beach, great pools, beautiful views of Gulf and sunsets from balcony! We will definitely stay here again!
