We love the Beach House complex in Miramar! The management company if by far the easiest, most responsive management company I've dealt with. The condo was clean and well stocked! The views from the balcony are breath taking for the sunset. The complex caters to young families and older renters. We'll be back!

Exactly what we were looking for! Peaceful, beautiful beach just steps from the condo! From morning coffee on the balcony to long days on the sunny beach, to lovely sunsets and star gazing we were not disappointed!!

This is our second time renting thru Jan this year and we will be back next year! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week! We love having a washer/dryer in our unit and a full size fridge! We throughly enjoyed the balcony and spent most of our time sitting out enjoying our wonderful view! Beach service is such a blessing!

Despite the bad weather, we really enjoyed our stay. The unit we stayed in was nice and met our needs. The view was great and the location was convenient for access to restaurants and other services. We definitely plan on returning.

Our unit was very comfortable, clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked for any kind of cooking even a shrimp boil. The owner left a very nice gift package and contacted us a few times to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Looking forward to our next visit!

The Beach House Condominiums are right on the beach. You can walk or bike to many restaurants. If you like a private setting away from the parasailing, jet skis and fast boats, it is perfect.

We had a wonderful time during our week at the beach in Destin! The condo was beautiful, with an exceptional view of the beach. Everything was very convenient. We really appreciated the fact that linens and towels were provided and that there were beach chairs and an umbrella already put in place every morning. This made for one of the most relaxing beach trips we've ever taken.

The location of this condo is ideal, and has a lovely Gulf view. Nicely furnished, and well equipped kitchen. Having in-unit washer/dryer was great. The unit was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely return to this condo.

Couldn't ask for a better location to relax. Took my grandchildren for a final holiday before returning to school and we had a wonderful time. The pool was great and the condo had everything we needed. Watched the dolphins while having morning coffee on the balcony. Everything you need is less than a mile away from groceries to restaurants and shopping.

Wow I don't know where to start! Another amazing year! The condo is so comfy and clean. It doesn't get better than this! Perfect location on Miramar Beach, walking distance to restaurants, and shops. Everyone is so friendly here including maintenance. The sad part is I have to wait another year, the good part is I will be back next year! Jan is such a pleasure to work with. She answers all your questions honestly. I could not ask for more!

My first observation is that Beach House is away from the crowds. Great view, well appointed and clean were next on my list. No waiting for check in, every bit of info possible on hand with a number to call if needed.Wonderful sea food both in restaurants and fresh from seafood stores. The most incredible white sand and the best sunsets, great shopping and nice areas to visit nearby.The second pool is for kids, safe but no laps. Rent includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Wonderful place and so relaxing.

This was our second year here and stayed in 405b. It was another wonderful year! The condo is very beachy and cozy. The minute you walk through the condo you can see the balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. The best thing about the condo is opening the bedroom windows at night and hearing the ocean. I am already missing it, however the good news is I will be back for sure next year! The condo is very quite and the maintenance staff are wonderful!

The condo was great. I felt right at home. It includes everything needed for the week. The beach front location with a fabulous view made my week perfect. Facing south with a panoramic view of the beautiful beach and clean, clear water was the best part. Relaxing scenery, convenient location to restaurants, shopping and water activities. Enter condo B405 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo sits on the 4th floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, tennis courts, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!
This condo can conveniently accommodate a couple, or small family of 4. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 4 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.
All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!
On-Site Amenities
The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with gas & charcoal grills are available any time and located next to the clubhouse.
There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasail very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo.
The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area’s largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!
All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st – October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup daily, weather permitting.
Location
The Beach House Condominiums are located in Miramar Beach, FL, and sits directly on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is situated away from the main traffic of Destin in a quiet area, but walking distance, or a short drive from plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and the area’s largest outlet mall, Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The physical address is 675 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
The area is filled with activities, live music, restaurants, local events, and annual festivals. To the east is the Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great place to spend the day or an evening enjoying live music and entertainment along with some shopping, dining, and drinks. Just a mile from the property is The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is an enormous, outdoor outlet mall boasting over 100 brand name outlet stores.
To the west of the property is the Destin commons, an open-air shopping center with a range of well-known stores, restaurants and even a theater. On the far end of town, about 10 miles from The Beach House Condominiums, is the Destin harbor. The harbor is filled with activities including fishing charters, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, festivals, concerts and much more. Along with the activities, the harbor also maintains some of the most popular and longest standing restaurants in town including Dewey Destin’s, AJ’s, McGuire’s, and Harbor Docks.
