We had the best time at Miramar Beach! The condo was beautiful! It was perfect for us! It had a fully stock kitchen, comfortable furniture & the most gorgeous views! We saw all different kinds of marine life almost everyday! The communication from the owner/again was stellar and much appreciated. Checkin & check out was very easy! The resort is closely located to everything, easy access & great pool! It's our favorite place!!!

Jan was an absolute joy and pleasure to work with. Her communication was almost instant; she immediately and thoroughly covered a couple of very tiny issues I had. She has created a complete manual with instructions, wifi codes, gate codes, etc...she left nothing to wonder about.
The 6th floor oceanfront place I stayed in was so terrific, I'd give it 10 out of 5 stars. Complete kitchen; comfortable bed; unbeatable view; comfortable seating; great location.
I work from home so fast reliable internet is a must for me. There were only 2 outages in my nearly 2 months of stay; 1 lasted 24 hours (there were massive thunderstorms with some tornadoes in the area) but the other one was brief. Can't ask for more than that.
I simply can't rate a place any higher than I do this one.

We loved this property for its location on the beach, And the beautiful pool overlooking the water. We also loved the comfortable recliners facing the water in the living room. The condo was clean, and well equipped. We got an immediate response from Jan to a couple little things we noticed on arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay except for dealing with red tide while we were there. This condo was in a great location and very quiet. We loved that it was only a few steps to the beach and the beach service was a big plus. Jan was great to work with! Would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice place for two to get away to. The condo was better than I expected based off of previous condo use. The host's directions were easy to follow and the place was great. The only advice to offer is to take your own pillows. They weren't my personal preferences so that meant for some sleep issues but that was my fault for not taking my own.

We just returned home from staying at this condo and boy was the week fantastic! This condo has everything you need plus some! Loved having beach service each day, washer/dryer in the unit and all of the kitchen and bathroom supplies our hearts desired (and more!) Great communication from owners! They are currently doing construction to the outside of some of the buildings, but it did not hender anything on our trip and knowing they are making it better and safer made it very bearable. Highly recommend a stay here!

Our stay was wonderful. Jan is a terrific host. She even had a Welcome Bucket filled with thoughtful items. The unit was spotless and well-stocked with terrific views and access to the beach. The provision of chairs and an umbrella on the beach was appreciated. We enjoyed being able to walk to several restaurants. A minor problem was dealt with quickly and easily. We'd stay in one of Jan's units again, no hesitation.

Again Jan and company have outdone themselves here at the Beach House. Our unit was so clean and inviting. I never got tired of the cute beach decor and art work. We had wonderful weather and spent many hours out on the balcony. I cannot express how easy parking is here as we have stayed in places where parking is a nightmare. We have stayed in 3 different units of Jan's and we would repeat any of them. We most definitely will be back.

Facing south with a panoramic view of the beautiful beach and clean, clear water was the best part. Relaxing scenery, convenient location to restaurants, shopping and water activities. B604 | Beachfront with Beach Service, Pool, & WiFi
Enter condo B604 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo sits on the 6th floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, tennis courts, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!
This condo can conveniently accommodate a couple, or small family of 4. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 4 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.
All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!
On-Site Amenities
The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with gas & charcoal grills are available any time and located next to the clubhouse.
There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasail very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo.
The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area’s largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!
All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st – October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup daily, weather permitting.
Location
The Beach House Condominiums are located in Miramar Beach, FL, and sits directly on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is situated away from the main traffic of Destin in a quiet area, but walking distance, or a short drive from plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and the area’s largest outlet mall, Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The physical address is 675 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
The area is filled with activities, live music, restaurants, local events, and annual festivals. To the east is the Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great place to spend the day or an evening enjoying live music and entertainment along with some shopping, dining, and drinks. Just a mile from the property is The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is an enormous, outdoor outlet mall boasting over 100 brand name outlet stores.
To the west of the property is the Destin commons, an open-air shopping center with a range of well-known stores, restaurants and even a theater. On the far end of town, about 10 miles from The Beach House Condominiums, is the Destin harbor. The harbor is filled with activities including fishing charters, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, festivals, concerts and much more. Along with the activities, the harbor also maintains some of the most popular and longest standing restaurants in town including Dewey Destin’s, AJ’s, McGuire’s, and Harbor Docks.
