Great condo in the perfect location! Ground level, right next to the pool and steps to the beach! Bedding and furniture were clean. Kitchen had everything you need. Hosts very responsive. Would stay again for sure!

We had a wonderful time this year the room was so nice had everything we needed the weather was beautiful the whole week we love being right by pool on 1st floor I'm older so it's good for me an my granddaughter can watch her girls in pool everything is so nice an clean the only thing we didn't like was how the beach chairs were done this year it's much better when u can go get your name on chair an not worry about someone moving your things other wise everything was great thank you for wonderful service

My family and I had a great time during our short vacation in Jan's condo. We prefer the first floor location over other condo units we have stayed at the Beach House. Everything was as indicated in the description of the condo.

We loved our stay in this condo! Here's a list of pros and a few cons that didn't inhibit our good time
Pros
- you get 2 beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Additional can be purchased. It was nice to not have to fight for a spot on the beach.
- you don't have to check-in at an alternate location to get in
- plenty of kitchen appliances: air fryer, crock pot, literally anything you need if you want to cook.
- Separate wine fridge which we used as a drink fridge kept our refrigerator space for food
- easy access to pool and beach on 1st floor
- it was clean when we arrived
- you are in walking distance to The Surf Hut and Alvin's Island. Plus close to pretty much anything else you want to do. Outlets are close.
- the beach and pool are private and you didn't have to fight with a lot of public traffic on the property
Cons
- because you are on 1st floor and by the pool there isn't a good view of the ocean from your condo. Also not much of a breeze out there.
- check out is at 9am. We are use to 10 or 11am.
Like I said, overall a great place to stay. We would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful time the condo was so nice an clean we had everything we needed including an ice maker the washer an dryer were very good we just loved being on first floor I'm 73 years old an it was perfect for me an my grandkids an great grandkids could play in pool an we could watch them bc we were right in front of pool we also had 2chsirs an umbrella everyday for free hope to get the same room next year

We were very pleased with our trip to Beach House Condos. We had terrific views of the beach and pool from our patio. We loved that shops and grocery stores were very close to us. Our condo had a lot of space. We will be coming back to this fantastic place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a perfect fit for our family. There were a few things that needed a little attention, but probably don't receive the attention that is needed because of how many people are in and out. I feel as though these are very minor issues and overall it was a lovely place. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Location was perfect. We enjoyed being on the ground floor as well. The care package was a very nice touch as well and made us feel very welcomed.
We will definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity. Thank you for a lovely vacation.

The property was very well maintained, both inside unit 104C and outside. The pool area, access to the beach and grill area's along with the racket courts were used by us all week. We appreciated the efforts of staff keeping the property well managed. 104C was well furnished and extremely comfortable to allow our family to enjoy meals together each day. Very appreciative of the owners for renting us the units.

Beach House Condo's are an excellent location to stay in Destin... I highly recommend it. The private beach and pool are just perfect. Our condo was first floor and that is great if you don't want to go up and down, but if you want to sit out on the balcony and look at the ocean you would not be able to do that so I would recommend a higher floor.
Jan our host was extremely nice and helpful with any issues we encountered. The condo was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with almost anything you needed during you stay. A nice washer and dryer as well.
The condo came with beach service and if you need additional chairs they were out on the deck for you to use. We received a lovely welcome gift. I will come back here again.

Amazing place to stay. We slept 8 in 104C and really enjoyed the morning beach walks and beautiful sunsets. The condo was clean and homey and walks around the pool and out to the beach. Close to groceries and a short beach walk to Surf Hut for great dining and drinks. Jan and Cory were amazingly helpful with lots of great ideas for things to do. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful place to stay! Our condo was on the ground level, which was very convenient. It was clean, comfortable, and the owner, Jan, couldn't have been more helpful. There were sand toys for my two young boys, and a nice outdoor seating area that overlooked the pool with the ocean in the background. Loved the place and definitely consider staying here again.

Thank you so much for welcoming us to 104C. We love it so much. It is the perfect set up for our family. The first floor level is great, close to the pool and the gameroom. We love the ocean view too. The unit is fully loaded, from the kitchen with every appliance needed to the 2 icemakers and the new smart tv in the living room. We feel so comfortable, like we are at home. The location of the Beach House is perfect too, within 5 minutes walk or drive we can be at our favorite restaurants and at the area's largest shopping outlet mall. We plan to visit again soon.

We returned to Jan's beautiful condo and found even more reason to book our vacation there. The new wood table and chairs in the dining area add a warm homey touch to the open room. The new granite countertops have been lowered to the height of the kitchen counters and make the large room seem huge. The wooden bar stools are an added plus. The comfy leather couch is perfect for an afternoon nap or watching the 55 inch TV. From the master bedroom we listened to the soothing waves as we fell asleep. And the guest bedroom is perfect for additional guests and children with the queen bed and new bunk bed. Then we stepped outside to see the nice patio, heated pool and great view of the Gulf of Mexico. We watched beautiful sunsets from the beach house grass overlooking the sugar white sand. Jan is a super owner who really goes the extra mile to make guests comfortable and feel right at home. We had great communication prior to traveling so we knew what to expect and how to get in with no waiting, which was wonderful after a long drive with 2 kids. The condo was very inviting and comfortable. We LOVED that you could just walk down the stairs to the beach. Everything we needed for our family was within walking or a short drive distance (grocery, fast food, shopping). The family's favorite spots were watching the ocean while enjoying a meal at pompano joes, fudpuckers where my 6 year old ate all his food and got to hold an alligator!! The family loved all the shops at the outlet mall (Disney store was a family favorite). Our week was filled with family walks on the beach, lots of sandcastle making & great family memories. We can't wait to go back!!

Thank you, we had a fabulous time. Prior to our departure from home, we had all of the information necessary to access the condo immediately when we arrived. After a long drive, there was no checking in, just let the vacation begin. There were nice little extras on the counter for us when we arrived, making us feel special. This two bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 8.The condo was clean and included a full kitchen and laundry facilities with wonderful walk out on the beach access. Beach toys, shuffle board, swimming pool, work out room, grills were all very handy for the occasion. Great place to eat not far away included Pompano Joes, AJ's (perfect at sunset), Fudpuckers and McGuires were some of our favorites. Bad Ass Coffee which is just down the street has a wonderful cup of Joe in the morning. Grocery store is within walking distance. Had a wonderful time everywhere we went and the morning walks on the white sandy beach picking up shells were priceless. Thank you again for this fabulous vacation experience.

On my most recent visit to Florida, my family and I decided to stay at The Beach House 104c. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The pool was just steps away from my room, and the beach was right less than a two minute walk from the room. The view of the ocean from the room is amazing. Jan really out did herself, even when my daughter left her doll at the condo Jan made sure she got it back. We love staying at the Beach House 104c and plan on returning real soon!

This was a fabulous location with great pool and beach access and views. We were in 104c and it was the best. Very modern and clean. Great welcome gift from Jan. Beach toys available. Enter condo C104 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the ground floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered walk out patio, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the walk out patio!
This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 8 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.
All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!
On-Site Amenities
The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with gas & charcoal grills are available any time and located next to the clubhouse.
There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasail very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo.
The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area’s largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!
All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st – October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup daily, weather permitting.
Location
The Beach House Condominiums are located in Miramar Beach, FL, and sits directly on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is situated away from the main traffic of Destin in a quiet area, but walking distance, or a short drive from plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and the area’s largest outlet mall, Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The physical address is 675 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
The area is filled with activities, live music, restaurants, local events, and annual festivals. To the east is the Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great place to spend the day or an evening enjoying live music and entertainment along with some shopping, dining, and drinks. Just a mile from the property is The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is an enormous, outdoor outlet mall boasting over 100 brand name outlet stores.
To the west of the property is the Destin commons, an open-air shopping center with a range of well-known stores, restaurants and even a theater. On the far end of town, about 10 miles from The Beach House Condominiums, is the Destin harbor. The harbor is filled with activities including fishing charters, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, festivals, concerts and much more. Along with the activities, the harbor also maintains some of the most popular and longest standing restaurants in town including Dewey Destin’s, AJ’s, McGuire’s, and Harbor Docks.
