This was our second stay at The Beach House Condominiums, but in different unit than before, and it was very nice. This condo has everything you need for a pleasant time at the beach. The view, location, balcony, beach service, are all tremendous. We will definitely return, sooner rather than later hopefully!

Not sure how many more trips to Destin we will be making but be assured we will always check out The Beach House Condominiums first. These places are extremely roomy and very comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked for anything you will need. We fully enjoyed having two chairs and an umbrella on the beach, furnished by The Beach House, everyday. This is our second year to stay at The Beach House and had never been to the swimming pool. We changed that this year and we spent one day at the swimming pool with a great view of the beach area. Nice, nice place!!!! Try it!!! You too will fall in love with The Beach House.

This is the third year we have stayed at the Beach House (D404). We keep coming back because it is a beautiful property, right on the beach and priced at a great value. The location has many outstanding restaurants and a grocery store a block away. Yet, it is away from the extremely busy Destin/Ft. Walton traffic. The Hansen's have always been very responsive if there were ever any minor needs. I highly recommend this property for any family!

Had another great stay at the Beach House condos. Great location and views. Beach was fantastic as usual and D404 was perfect for our family with the 3 beds in the 2nd bedroom. Beach chair and umbrella service was a nice perk. Will definitely be coming back!

I loved our stay at D404. THE PERFECT VIEW. The Condominiums are very peaceful. They do check for parking pass... of course I forgot mine but Mrs. Jan and dan made sure to leave me one when I messaged short notice. The pool is nice and not one time was it over crowded. Beach service is included and everyone gets a front row as the beach is peaceful and never once was over crowded. We did have some bad weather towards the end of the week but we still enjoyed our stay here and the peacefulness at the condominiums. The elevators were decent and wait was never long even during "peak" times of people returning from dinner or beach.Mrs. Jan was very responsive and helpful and truly made me feel like not just a number. I definitely plan to return.

We really enjoyed our stay and Jan was so responsive. She kindly offered to supply a Kcup coffee maker to go along with the drip coffee maker. Our welcome tote cooler was a nice surprise and we used it all week. The location is perfect and the condo was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend!!

We had a perfect week staying at the Beach House in Miramar. The condo has an amazing beach front view and provided a perfect location that was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The condo was comfortable and just right for our family. We'll definitely be back.

Family vacation at beautiful Miramar beach. Condo had everything we needed for 4 adults and 1 toddler. Owner even delivered a pack-and-play for the toddler to sleep. The view cannot be beat, right on the beach with white sand and emerald water. Being beachfront is very convienent with the toddler. Loved rinsing off at the pool when the day was done. The convenience of the professinoally setup umbrellas and chair was great. 4th floor view of ocean, dolphins, pelicans, and even a few manatees was outstanding. Every meal was beachside on the patio.

We LOVE staying at Beach House Condo! :) We have stayed there several years in a row now, and we are never disappointed. From the room to the chairs on the beach, everything about this place is WONDERFUL! We will definitely be staying here anytime we go. Ms Jan is THE best to work with, and she always answers any questions or concerns. We would DEFINITELY recommend this place!

The condo is a perfect location with a view of the beach from the balcony. Whether it's having a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sunset at night . . . this is a great place to be.
The rooms are clean and provide plenty of living space and the owners are extremely responsive and welcoming. I would highly recommend !

D404 | Beachfront with Beach Service, Pool, & WiFi
Enter condo D404 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the 4th floor and it is located on the west end of the property. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!
This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 8 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.
All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!
On-Site Amenities
The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with gas & charcoal grills are available any time and located next to the clubhouse.
There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasail very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo.
The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area’s largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!
All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st – October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup daily, weather permitting.
Location
The Beach House Condominiums are located in Miramar Beach, FL, and sits directly on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is situated away from the main traffic of Destin in a quiet area, but walking distance, or a short drive from plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and the area’s largest outlet mall, Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The physical address is 675 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
The area is filled with activities, live music, restaurants, local events, and annual festivals. To the east is the Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great place to spend the day or an evening enjoying live music and entertainment along with some shopping, dining, and drinks. Just a mile from the property is The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is an enormous, outdoor outlet mall boasting over 100 brand name outlet stores.
To the west of the property is the Destin commons, an open-air shopping center with a range of well-known stores, restaurants and even a theater. On the far end of town, about 10 miles from The Beach House Condominiums, is the Destin harbor. The harbor is filled with activities including fishing charters, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, festivals, concerts and much more. Along with the activities, the harbor also maintains some of the most popular and longest standing restaurants in town including Dewey Destin’s, AJ’s, McGuire’s, and Harbor Docks.
