I drive from Houston, TX at least once a year to come back to this condo. We have stayed in several different units through the years. Some are more updated and some have added extras that are helpful. But we've never been disappointed. The web site lets you look at each condo. This way you know exactly what to expect from the unit you choose.
We are just happy to get to come and experience this slice of heaven. The condo is well set directly on the beach. The views are just breathtaking. We love it here. It's a great atmosphere. The town offers so many restaurants and things to do. Condo D602 is at the top and has full unobstructed views of the coast. If you have kids you might want to consider a ground level floor. You can open your patio and walk down some stairs and you're on the beach.
They have convenient elevators and carts available to load and unload all of your stuff. You can park right in front of your unit. The pool is heated and overlooks the ocean. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place.

we love the Beach House condo hosted by Jan and Cory, they have made our stays with them memorable and fun.This condo overlooking the Gulf is a great place to stay and relax. we have stayed with Jan for three years and highly recommend her units even with the work being done on the building they made every effort to keep us notified if something was going on.we will certainly be using them in the future.Thank you,Jim and Barb.

Fantastically located right on the beach! Great views and only steps from the powder white sand and clear emerald gulf waters. This is our second time staying at The Beach House. Smaller complex so no big crowds. Condo was neat and clean and came as advertised and included the complimentary beach chair and umbrella service which was nice. Great place for a family stay. We'll be back!

We had a great and comfortable stay. It was very convenient/walkable to the grocery, restaurants, etc. The view was tremendous from the balcony. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The two beach chairs and umbrella that came with the rental were appreciated. We hope to return, sooner rather than later!

This condo was perfect for our family! We loved the proximity to the beach. The view from the condo was amazing. The beach service was so nice. It is close to restaurants and local shopping. Jan was attentive and responsive to our needs and addressed anything we needed. We would definitely rent again.

Weather was cool on the beach. Not a surprise for Nov. The rental was great. Clean. Nice layout. Great view. Balcony was a blessing since it felt 15degrees warmer in that spot as opposed to the beach. Recommended for future travel for us. We will try for this unit when we return to Miramar.

Perfect location right on gorgeous Miramar Beach! Coffee on the balcony every morning listening to the waves was heaven! A couple new chairs and loungers on the balcony would be lovely because we found we wanted to spend more time out there, but the seating options, particularly the chaise lounge (plastic/no cushions), weren't comfortable for any length of time. The condo is on the top floor, so the view is spectacular (especially sunsets)!
We were bummed the water was closed for a couple days on the beach because of rip currents, but so happy to have the (heated) pool! We understand from repeat visitors, the water often closes in April.
We were very comfortable at the condo and found it so convenient to run up and have lunch or grab a snack from the beach. Really enjoyed the chairs & umbrellas set-up for us on the beach!
Don't miss out on Fat Clemenza's if you love Italian food - delicious scratch-made pizza and Italian dishes. Buffalo Jack's for wings and pizza is pretty good, too. When you head out to the main road (US 98) be warned it is VERY congested so it takes much longer than it should to get around by car. There's a Winn Dixie really close to the condo which is easy to get to for groceries by car or on foot.
We had a fun and relaxing vacation! The condo check-in / check-out is very simple and Jan is a great host! We would recommend a stay at The Beach House!

D602 | Beachfront with Beach Service, Pool, & WiFi
Enter condo D602 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits on the 6th floor and is located on the west end of the property. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!
This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo are 8 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.
All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!
On-Site Amenities
The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with gas & charcoal grills are available any time and located next to the clubhouse.
There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasail very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo.
The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area’s largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!
All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st – October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup daily, weather permitting.
Location
The Beach House Condominiums are located in Miramar Beach, FL, and sits directly on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is situated away from the main traffic of Destin in a quiet area, but walking distance, or a short drive from plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and the area’s largest outlet mall, Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The physical address is 675 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
The area is filled with activities, live music, restaurants, local events, and annual festivals. To the east is the Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great place to spend the day or an evening enjoying live music and entertainment along with some shopping, dining, and drinks. Just a mile from the property is The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is an enormous, outdoor outlet mall boasting over 100 brand name outlet stores.
To the west of the property is the Destin commons, an open-air shopping center with a range of well-known stores, restaurants and even a theater. On the far end of town, about 10 miles from The Beach House Condominiums, is the Destin harbor. The harbor is filled with activities including fishing charters, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, festivals, concerts and much more. Along with the activities, the harbor also maintains some of the most popular and longest standing restaurants in town including Dewey Destin’s, AJ’s, McGuire’s, and Harbor Docks.
