This is our families 4th stay at the Beach House. Our 2nd stay in this specific condo unity C602. We have a 5yr old and a 3yr old for reference. We absolutely love the amenities at this condo. The pool is so coinvent and the beach is a short walk. We saw dolphins almost everyday off our balcony. The unit itself has all the items you would need to cook. I do suggest bringing more toilette paper if you have more than 2 people staying. The master bed is soft, and some people like that. My husband and I prefer a harder bed. Outside of those suggestions, I would recommend this Beach House Condo and also reserving with Jan and Cory. They are fast at responding and quick at getting you anything additional you may need.

During our recent girls' vacation, we stayed in C602. The kitchen was fully equipped, leaving us wanting for nothing as we cooked. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the unit was spotless upon our arrival. Staying with Best Destin Beachhouse Rentals is always a delight for us.

We love The Beach House condos. We have stayed here two years in a row (two different units) and will try to stay here year after year. Every unit has the same amazing view of the gulf. I believe they all come with beach service in a private area of the beach so you have plenty of room and don't feel so crowded like other places we have seen. This was a very good unit, and the owners were very easy to work with as far as communication and booking. There was some unexpected, very noisy construction but we were made aware of it ahead of time and the owners actually refunded part of our rental fee due to the excessive noise. There were no extra beach chairs, boogie boards, or pool floats in the unit; but we were prepared and brought extra for our kiddos. We would absolutely stay here again and will look here first when we make our reservation for next year.

We have stayed at the beach house condos for several years now but this year was our first in building c. This 6th floor 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family vacation. With beautiful beach views, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Miramar beach is the perfect vacation spot. The grocery was a block away and the restaurants we loved are mostly, just a short drive away. Building c is perfect as we had my 85 year old mother with us and the walk way and stairs to the beach were much easier for her to handle. We will definitely return!

C602 | Beachfront with Beach Service, Pool, & WiFi
Enter condo C602 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits on the 6th floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, fitness room, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!
This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 7. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo are 7 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.
All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!
On-Site Amenities
The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with gas & charcoal grills are available any time and located next to the clubhouse.
There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasail very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo.
The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area’s largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!
All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st – October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup daily, weather permitting.
Location
The Beach House Condominiums are located in Miramar Beach, FL, and sits directly on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is situated away from the main traffic of Destin in a quiet area, but walking distance, or a short drive from plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and the area’s largest outlet mall, Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The physical address is 675 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
The area is filled with activities, live music, restaurants, local events, and annual festivals. To the east is the Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great place to spend the day or an evening enjoying live music and entertainment along with some shopping, dining, and drinks. Just a mile from the property is The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is an enormous, outdoor outlet mall boasting over 100 brand name outlet stores.
To the west of the property is the Destin commons, an open-air shopping center with a range of well-known stores, restaurants and even a theater. On the far end of town, about 10 miles from The Beach House Condominiums, is the Destin harbor. The harbor is filled with activities including fishing charters, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, festivals, concerts and much more. Along with the activities, the harbor also maintains some of the most popular and longest standing restaurants in town including Dewey Destin’s, AJ’s, McGuire’s, and Harbor Docks.
