This condo was the perfect location for our beach vacation. It was clean and well maintained. Our host kept us up to date on check in availability as well as local weather conditions. We would definitely recommend this condo.

We were thrilled with the Condo, everything we needed was provided and the unit was very clean. The welcome gift was really appreciated, my grandson had a lot of fun with the beach toys and we all enjoyed the popcorn. HVAC worked great and the view of the pool and ocean were stunning. We really enjoyed our stay at C204 The Beach House Condo. It has everything you need for the perfect vacation. I loved the convenience of access to the condo, pool and beach! Loved not having to wait on an elevator in a high-rise. It was centrally located to everything -- grocery store, shopping, etc. Communication was also excellent. Jan was just an email away and available to answer any questions I had. Will definitely stay here again!

Condo was perfect! Great balcony and views. King bed was super comfy. Very clean. Second floor right at pool, but off season so was perfect. Loved the welcome gift and the binder full of information! 2 beach chairs and umbrella were included , making getting to beach so much easier and only needing to carry drinks and towel! Perfect. Great price for the off season!

The management is efficient, friendly and care about our needs and quality of our stay. They are easy to contact and respond quickly. Our unit is clean with easy access to the club house, pool, beaches and of course, the ocean. There was some construction which has greatly improved the exterior of the buildings. We will come stay next year.

This is the 4th time we've rented thru Jan and Corey and we will continue to do so! We love the location, the parking, and beach service provided. We loved sitting out on the balcony through out our stay. There was construction going on during our stay and we barely noticed it. The condo was clean and the view was spectacular as usual! Can't wait for our next stay!

BLU, is a beautiful vacation paradise! Outdoor patio is exceptional for watching the rolling waves. Our unit is large, spacious, inviting, and beautifully decorated in a relaxing beach decor. The beds are very comfortable, guaranteeing a great nights sleep. One can not ask for anything better to enjoy a family vacation and to make memories with family!

Our family has been coming to the Beach House for over 25 years, 40 to 50 peeps. Just recently we have booked our Condo through Jan. Condo was great! If we needed anything they were very attentive to our needs! If condo is ready early they would let us check in when it was ready. Typically you can't get in condo until check in time. This was a plus!!

Enter condo C204 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the 2nd floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!
This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 7. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 7 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.
All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!
On-Site Amenities
The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with gas & charcoal grills are available any time and located next to the clubhouse.
There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasail very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo.
The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area’s largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!
All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st – October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup daily, weather permitting.
Location
The Beach House Condominiums are located in Miramar Beach, FL, and sits directly on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is situated away from the main traffic of Destin in a quiet area, but walking distance, or a short drive from plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and the area’s largest outlet mall, Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The physical address is 675 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
The area is filled with activities, live music, restaurants, local events, and annual festivals. To the east is the Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great place to spend the day or an evening enjoying live music and entertainment along with some shopping, dining, and drinks. Just a mile from the property is The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is an enormous, outdoor outlet mall boasting over 100 brand name outlet stores.
To the west of the property is the Destin commons, an open-air shopping center with a range of well-known stores, restaurants and even a theater. On the far end of town, about 10 miles from The Beach House Condominiums, is the Destin harbor. The harbor is filled with activities including fishing charters, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, festivals, concerts and much more. Along with the activities, the harbor also maintains some of the most popular and longest standing restaurants in town including Dewey Destin’s, AJ’s, McGuire’s, and Harbor Docks.
