We are a returning customer to these condos.
Location.....location.....location!!!! You can't beat the close proximity to the beach.
You literally walk out and you are there. The pool is heated and is always clean and maintained.
It's a very laid back vibe with everything you need for a great vacation.
The water and sand look identical to the pictures.
I would read the individual lists of items in each condo, in case you are looking for something special (air fryer, kuerig, etc). bust most of them have these items as well as blenders, toasters, coffee pots, cookware, baking ware, etc. So you can bring whatever you might still want to use while there.
Having a washer and dryer in your condo is wonderful as well.
There is a grocery store right around the corner. As well as many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Surf Hut is almost next door and a short walk on the beach you can get to it. They have seafood and great drinks.
There is a beach chair service that you can rent large umbrellas and chairs that is very affordable as well. They line them up on the beach and you can go pick yours out and relax.
The outlet mall is down the street with lots of great shopping.
There is also a store that sells swimsuits, summer wear, and floats right across the street,
When booking your condo, look through the pictures and you can decide which condo it right for your family. When our kids were little, we did a ground floor unit (the building is the letter A-D, and the first number is the floor you are on 1-6). With a ground floor unit, you can open your patio door and in a few steps you are on the beach. Now that they are older, we like being higher up for the great view. The only extra steps are to the elevator.
If you get a unit in C building, you will have a closer view of the pool.
We have always felt safe while staying here. They even have security at night so you don't have to worry about your vehicles or anyone not staying there coming onto the property.
If you are wanting to party, have lots of people over, and play really loud music...you might think of staying somewhere else. The set up is more for families, couples, and a quieter crowd. You can still have fun but quiet time is at 10:00pm.
We have not been disappointed with any of our visits there.

My sisters and daughter stayed in this unit while we were in another unit (one door down). However, we have stayed in this unit a couple different times in the past. Love the upgrades in the main bathroom. Beautiful condo and well maintained. It overlooks the pool so you do get a lot of noise (from the pool area) during peak season. Wonderful condo and perfect location in Destin. Jan and Corey are awesome to work with and very responsive!

Stayed at Beach House Condos for a week and it was great. Condo was very clean and nice size. Mgt team was very helpful with anything we needed. Condo has good size pool and sits right on beach. We will definitely be coming back for another wonderful vacation.

We had a great week at the beach and loved the ease and convenience of this condo. We walked right down to the beach each day and when it was time to head back up we had a quick return; didn't have to haul stuff too far away - our set-up was right there. The bed was super comfy and we slept really well each night. Cooked some great dinners at night in the nice kitchen, and chilled on the patio in the evenings when we weren't on the gazebo downstairs. The laundry machines are new and worked great, too.
We did have an issue with the A/C one day, but that was quickly addressed and fixed. Also, the hurricane-rated door to the patio is very heavy - you have to put your weight into it to open it. Funny story, my wife got stuck out on the patio because she couldn't open the door. Sent my son up to rescue her and we all had a good laugh about it. It's a serious door and felt very safe behind it!
Overall, we had a great time and recommend The Beach House Condominiums for future stays.

Had a few issues with the sliding door, ice maker not working. Management responsive and fixed all with on 24 hrs. Very nice , efficient and thorough repair of all issues. Beautiful condo everything we needed. The view and beach worth a million dollars. Would return to this unit

Enter condo C303 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits on the 3rd floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!
This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo are 8 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.
All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!
On-Site Amenities
The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with gas & charcoal grills are available any time and located next to the clubhouse.
There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasail very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo.
The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area’s largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!
All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st – October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup daily, weather permitting.
Location
The Beach House Condominiums are located in Miramar Beach, FL, and sits directly on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is situated away from the main traffic of Destin in a quiet area, but walking distance, or a short drive from plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and the area’s largest outlet mall, Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The physical address is 675 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
The area is filled with activities, live music, restaurants, local events, and annual festivals. To the east is the Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great place to spend the day or an evening enjoying live music and entertainment along with some shopping, dining, and drinks. Just a mile from the property is The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is an enormous, outdoor outlet mall boasting over 100 brand name outlet stores.
To the west of the property is the Destin commons, an open-air shopping center with a range of well-known stores, restaurants and even a theater. On the far end of town, about 10 miles from The Beach House Condominiums, is the Destin harbor. The harbor is filled with activities including fishing charters, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, festivals, concerts and much more. Along with the activities, the harbor also maintains some of the most popular and longest standing restaurants in town including Dewey Destin’s, AJ’s, McGuire’s, and Harbor Docks.
