This updated beach condo has a fun and eclectic beach feel with a large private fifth-floor balcony that has a fabulous Gulf-front view and an outdoor dining area. This warm and family-friendly condo has a fully renovated kitchen with light honey cabinets, upgraded countertops, and everything needed to make meal preparation easy. The living room has casual comfortable furnishings, including a queen sofa bed. The main bedroom has cool tones and coastal decor with nice wicker furniture and a comfortable king bed, with a walk-in shower in the main bathroom. The guest bedroom has two double beds with a nice beach cottage feel, including a deep sunken tub in the guest bathroom. This unique beachfront retreat also has a TV in the living room, TVs and DVDs in each bedroom, and tiled floors throughout. Come and enjoy this fun beach getaway at the Beach House! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Additionally, guests will be granted access to a tennis court, fitness center, game room, and outdoor pool.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
