This condo has one of the best views of the beach and is within walking distance of several restaurants. We are a family of 4 and the condo was perfect for our needs. Check-in and check-out was easy. The owners are quick to respond to any questions and issues as they arise, but honestly we had zero issues during our stay. The condo is clean and spacious and has everything you need during your stay. Anything that may not be available is clearly listed in the documents. We loved having the two beach chairs and umbrella included with the reservation, which we utilized regularly. The men running the beach service were attentive and happy to accommodate requests. Thank you for a great stay. We would stay here again.

Condo was nice as expected. Had little problem with a/c that was fixed ASAP. Views and beach was nice also.

We had a wonderful time. This property was in a great location for our family. It was not crazy busy like some vacation spots. There were restaurants , ice cream, and a bit of shopping within walking distance. We had two college students who had no problems attending their online classes with the internet provided. The balcony has a spectacular view and was a perk for morning coffee and class work. Our little furry friends also enjoyed the sun on the balcony. We would highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect. We especially liked that it was further away from the touristy side of town. The view is incredible! The pool and the beach were definitely our favorite parts of the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool even though it was still cold outside in Florida. The pool was heated and well-maintained. We hope to come back soon.

Great condo, great location. Clean, bright, secure. The only thing is that the second bedroom is tiny. If you have kids less than 10 years old and okay with using the bunk bed, great. If you have kids who are over 6 ft tall and not small boys anymore, the second bedroom is too small. Carry sleeping bags with you or use the folding bed. The pressure of the shower was pretty weak in the main bathroom, if that is important to you.

We enjoyed our week at Beach Retreat 407. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had everything we need to cook our own meals. Great complex with a beautiful view of the beach. I would highly recommend staying in this condo.

Great location just a short walk to the beach. Quiet location on the fourth floor away from foot traffic but right on the strip. Second bedroom is tiny but worked for our small children. Condo is a bit dated but an exceptional value overall.

Overall it was a great vacation. The condo was clean and the view of the gulf of Mexico was amazing. Check in was easy and it was also easy to get in contact with the owner, with a fast reply. Private beach so you don't have to worry about being crowded. Comes with a set of an umbrella and 2 chairs to relax at the beach. I will highly recommend it for a vacation. Condo was clean and inviting and conveniently located - just across from the beach and a short walk to local restaurants. Management made check in and out uber easy. It was a great getaway! We’ll be back!

This condo is exactly as it's listed, pictures are accurate. It was perfect fit my family of 5. My kids even had their own restroom. Beautiful, very clean condo. The location is perfect, what's not to like with a perfect view of the beach.... PRIVATE beach!!! The pool is huge. Plenty of extras towels and linen. Communication with the owner is a breeze if needed. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

We stay in Miramar beach all the time and beach Retreat is my hands down favorite place. The beach service is such a awesome perk and this condo is so chic and just perfect for us. thanks guys

Where to start. - beach retreat is on quiet end of beach where the gulf views are big and the buildings are short (no high rises). Had a couple of great spots to eat and drink within walking distance, (pompano joes was a favorite for food and a live music to make drinks go down better) the outlet mall 3 miles away and all the beach is at your front door. The pool and hot tub had bathrooms right there - a blessing with the kids, right? Now for unit 407......the view here was the greatest! an unobstructed view of the gulf that went forever. We enjoyed sitting on the patio drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sunsets late in the day. The floorpan here was great for our family. The living room was spacious the bunk room had its own bathroom. We were told this condo was just updated and we believe it- it looked and felt like new. Love Miramar Beach and we will definitely be back.

so we arrived at beach retreat and was delighted at the location. The water was crystal clear and the sugar white sand.....paradise. unit 407 is on the top floor with the ultimate view! The condo appears to have been professionally decorated. The colors and decor were to our taste. We were so in love with the views from the balcony. The condo itself felt so nice with the kids in their "bunk room" with tv and video games. We also enjoyed using the outdoor grill all the while enjoying the pool area. Oh yeah, if you don't want to cook sweet restaurants surround. Pompano joes has great grilled shrimp. Kenny D. has great gumbo and Capt. daves has a great red snapper. All of these restaurants we walked to, If your looking for a great experience this is it!
