Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

Awesome condo for the price. Great location and beautiful views with secure parking and entrance. Everything was clean and maintained. The kitchen was tiny, basically enough room for 1 person to be in it but we didn’t cook so it was fine. Lots of great restaurants nearby and we really loved Another Broken Egg Cafe in Baytowne Warf. I definitely recommend deep sea fishing on the Destiny boat too!
Who wants to cook on vacation anyway?! LOL We're so thrilled y'all had a great time and appreciate your review. Aren't those free activities amazing?! Yay for deep sea fishing!

Excellent value. Comfy beds. Great view. Parking was easy and close unlike the Hilton stay 2 years ago. Only one bathroom and kitchen is small but has everything you need.

We absolutely loved this property! And we will definitely stay here again. I wish the microwave would have been clean and the outlets were in good shape but overall it was wonderful!
Jessica we apologize for the microwave & outlets! Our units are inspected immediately prior to guest arrival and that should have been caught. Both have been checked on since your departure and are all good now. We will definitely do a better job and learn from this. The unit was very clean and well stocked and the view is so beautiful. The master bedroom is very roomy compared to other condos we have stayed in. My only complaint is that the sheets were very rough and scratchy, especially on sunburned skin. Aside from that we had the best time and would love to stay in this rental again. Thanks for being so accomodating!

Very relaxing vacation on the beach. The condo was very clean but could use a little updating. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. It was very relaxing. Gibson Beach Rentals were great to work with, very nice people. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

Great location, great views, good check in-out experience! The place could require some updating (especially with bedroom carpets and the bathroom) But otherwise, easy access to beach and overall good experience and definitely would recommend!

The living room has all new on-trend furniture and a huge new flat screen TV! Enjoy beach views and the cool Gulf breeze on your private balcony.
