I was so nervous when I found this last min booking available because pics can be deceiving, let me say they are! This condo was so much more perfect than the pics actually showed! You’re not directly on the ocean, but you still have a great view of the ocean along with just overall great location! It’s such a quick walk to the beach! Maybe less than a min! This unit is just right up 2 very small flights of steps, and just a couple doors till your unit! It’s very spacious, 5 of us slept and stayed inside comfortably, my husband and I, along with our 2 boys 16 & 18 and my 24 yr old sister. The beds were comfortable, and it takes a lot for me to be comfortable when I’m used to a temperpedic [🤣] , bathroom was spacious as well as kitchen. Kitchen was stocked, but could use some updating on knives, but everything else was great! Wasn’t a fan of cookware only because I wasn’t used to that type, but all cookware seemed to be new and any food I cooked never did stick so they are good quality! The large kitchen table was nice to be able to actually eat dinner and have room between each person without feeling crowded, but we ate out most days! The unit is within walking distance to many different food places, even ice cream if I wanted it at night, and a short walk to bad ass coffee for your morning coffee, or even a quick walk to Dairy Queen, or Alvin’s island for beach items. Told my husband if we decided to return to Destin/ Miramar I was just as happy with this unit , as I am with an direct on the ocean unit! Definitely giving 5 [â] ï¸. Also the contact agent I booked with Joe, really helped me when I needed anything during our visit. My son broke his phone day 1 and I had to have insurance send him a new one and wasn’t sure what or if I could get a package delivered and he had no problem helping me out! Over all great vacation

This condo was perfect for my family of four. It's about a one minute walk from the beach entrance, a surf shop, and coffee place. The condo is CLEAN and comfortable!

I stayed here on a family vacation to Destin and loved it! The condo itself had plenty of room for the four of us, and the amenities were all up-to-date. Of course, the best part was the view of the ocean on the balcony and the ability to be on the beach in minutes, thanks to the private access point! I'd recommend this condo if you're planning a Destin vacation.

Our family of four stayed here for a week and enjoyed it so much. It is the perfect distance from the beach and local attractions but also feels secluded, the best of both worlds! The condo itself was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. I highly recommend this condo for your vacation needs.
