Shreeti’s condo was beautiful. The ocean view was breathtaking. Shreeti had everything we needed in the condo. Beach chairs, beach towels etc. I had the pleasure to meet Shreeti and she was so nice!!! It’s obvious she wants her customers to enjoy her condo as much as she does. I stayed a week in the condo and hated to leave. I will definitely visit again.

This centrally located, eclectically decorated, two-bedroom condo is a perfect relaxing getaway to enjoy breathtaking gulf views right from the unit and white sandy beaches just a few steps away, across the street. Imagine beginning your day with cup of coffee on balcony overlooking emerald water and sound of waves, then water activities on beach right across, enjoying a scrumptious meal in one of many nearby beach side restaurants and ending the day with gorgeous sunset over gulf from balcony. The Ciboney Condo complex is perfectly located right on Scenic 98 directly behind the well-known Pompano Joe's along with a straight shot to your very own private beach access at the Ciboney Gate.
The spacious living - dining room with comfortable furnitures is the perfect space for gathering with your family and friends after a long beach day. The large wall-mounted flatscreen TV in the living room adds on to the entertainment and fun as a group.
The semi-open kitchen has full-size appliances and plenty of tools to help cook up delicious meals or brew your coffee. Each bedroom features a flatscreen TV and ceiling fan. The main bedroom also features a desk workspace, private access to spacious balcony, and a private en suite bathroom.
With a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in living room, king bed in main bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom the condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Guests of this condo will also be able to enjoy private deeded beach access, free parking for two cars in the building parking lot, elevator in building along with access to shared pool, pickleball court, tennis court, and outdoor shower during their stay.
The miramar beach is just a short crossing of Scenic Gulf Drive and short walk to Pompano Joes. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just four-and-a-half miles from the condo. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just under four-and-a-half miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, two-and-a-half miles from this condo.
